You're supposed to make an appointment but they were able to take me. I saw an EMT (Angie), and (Dr. Haggerty). Front door staff, intake, tester, doctor assistant, and doctor. They were all WONDERFUL! Efficient, great bedside manner, and so caring. Thanks to all! God bless you for risking yourselves for us.

Sadly I have been tested quite a bit and I will say that the system has improved dramatically since the beginning. Tested today, with no line, easy booking of appt, lots of parking, friendly staff, really nothing to complain about.

School and daycare are sending kids home for the symptoms of COVID-19. I'm in line for testing for my son for 2 hours. Probably 100 families are waiting and 70% with kids. Kindly increase your manpower to do quick service, you gonna do more test. Facility should have separate entrance and exit.

Comical have to book using eventbrite. Also everything is now appointment only huh.. the public site would have worked if they had more than two tests going at once

Walking by entrance while leaving did not bother me as all people in facility are wearing masks

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude. She had this snarky attitude when I talked to her. Makes me wonder if I am going to get the same attitude by the others when I go in for the Covid test...

Arrived early and mother in law was told quite abruptly that they did not want to see her until her appointment time.(she is 78 years old, has mobility issues and needs a cane for support.). Not impressed. She had to walk back to the car ( approx. 250 metres)

Maybe updating your website would be helpful,went to Leon’s center for testing,says it’s open 9:00-4:00 but guess what they moved the testing to another location,very helpful.

You’d think they would update their information. You DO need an appointment. Travelled a long way only to be turned away.
