I live close, so I'm here a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. The new hours aren't very convenient, but at least the Woodstock location isn't too far away

The reviews about the manager Natasha are 100% accurate. I had an issue with a Christmas tree I bought last year and she did EVERYTHING to try and help me with my issue. She was extremely pleasant and kind. I hope the owners of this store realize what a gem of a manager they have, because they are definitely a dime a dozen.

3 times in a row we've been for items it says that they have in stock on their website but they don't have them (showing more than one in stock). Total waste of time. Will go to Woodstock or Tillsonburg in future. The woman was about as cheerful as a shot dog. The young man that works there is really good though. Very helpful, just as frustrated at no stock.

Steve in the automotive section is a beauty. Car was leaking coolant and smoking. I came in with no appointment and he said he might not be able to get part for a day or two but would try his best. Well, a mere few hours later, he had the part and squeezed me in for a repair. All in the same day! Will definitely be going back. Thanks Steve!

We are on our way on the 401. We called in distress that we had a leak in our tire. The shop was to close at 5:00 but the staff stayed after hours to fix us up and get us back on the road. Rob the service manger was super efficient and helpful making sure we were safe! Thank you to all the service staff! Excellent customer service!!

The service manager Rob over at Ingersoll CTC was amazing. Spoke with him over the phone about my van. Knew the issue and quoted me the price. Brought the van over and he was able to confirm and fix the issue earlier than expected. And didn't go over the quoted price. Excellent service. Will definitely be returning!! Thanks guys!!

Ok seriously you have to check out the Canadian Tire in Ingersoll, Ontario! Fantastic and nostalgic!It's so tiny comparatively but stocks so much great stuff! The aisles are so close together that it's an absolute blast lurking around in there.Don't let the small size of this store fool you. They'll have whatever you're looking for.Customer service is friendly and helpful. They'll even hold something for you at customer service if you call ahead.Check out this Canadian Tire if you're in the area.
