This pizza is not our families favorite. The crust is too chewy, and it was quite pricey for a 2 For 1. It wasn't terrible, but there are better pizzas out there.

Family Pizza
Ordered pizza this past weekend and was surprised to see a delivery and fuel surcharge ($4.50) and a payment surcharge of ($1.50) for paying debit. Asked this location if the delivery fuel surcharge is provided to the driver but no response was provided. Seems this is a just another retail that is sliding in some additional charges you should be aware of.

Ordered an all meat pizza today to be picked up 25 minutes later after I ordered in person.When I got to my destination 5 minutes after picking up the pizza I found that it was quite cold... I wouldn't recommend ordering a pizza for specific time....just let them dictate to you when it will be ready because you will get a cold pizza...Usually very good but not in this circumstance.UPDATE:Called in and was absolutely grilled and scolded by an older lady who worked there.I was smiling most of the time but it was pretty ridiculous.In the end she said she couldn't make any decision and that the owner would call me and it's been almost 3 weeks and no call.....So in short don't call in after they tell you to haha....

Pizza is good but shockingly small. The 3 mediums for $33 feels like a rip off. You get significantly more pizza with a competitor than you do with family pizza. See below for calculations. Would not recommend to a friend.Calculations:Family pizza medium size: 10Competitors: 12"This means competitors mediums have 113 square inches of pizza

I've ordered from Family pizza for years now, tried almost every special type of pizza and it's all amazing and delicious, have only had 1 bad experience where I ordered the Taco Pizza and if was a runny mess with a handful of Lettuce just thrown right on top...called the owner and she gave us a free pizza the next time we ordered. It was a disappointment that had been fixed and the next pizza they gave us of the same type was made excellent. It will take a lot for us to stop orderinf from here. Our address will always be in their book. Still happy to this date.

Absolutely horrible food quality. Worst meat I’ve had on a pizza in years, no cheese, no toppings, sauce is terrible. My boys didn’t even want it after one slice.Even the side ribs was a box of bits and crumbs from The bottom of their bag!!!!So disappointedSave yourself the time and money and buy some frozen delisio’s instead. You will be way more satisfied and have money i your pocket.

The service is great and the pizza is good. However it's upsetting that everytime I use an online coupon and it says that it's put through, it doesn't change the total. Would like it if these coupons actually worked. This has happened twice now, so I don't think it's a onetime mistake, but a flaw with there online orders.
