We needed help planning our trip and finding a tropical location we could travel to and stay with a family of five. We provided our list of must haves and a budget we were comfortable with. Michelle got to work and presented a detailed quote to a few places so we could choose what was right for us. We would not have found the unique place she recommended in our own search and we were blown away! Her assistance was invaluable! We had what we call the trip of a lifetime with our whole family in Mexico on Feb/Mar and we can’t wait to start planning for our next trip!

As always, we got Michelle to book our latest trip to Mexico in Nov/Dec 2022. We feel so happy that she takes care of everything for us including the right times and flights and we just have to get to the airport on time :) She also used her connections to get us the best room of the resort, thank you so much for that. We highly recommend her for any vacation you’re planning.

We recently had a AI Mexico family vacation booked with Michelle. We had an awesome experience, start to finish. This was our first time using Travel agency for our holidays and Michelle did amazing job. Gave all info , always responded promptly with our questions and was always available. We had awesome time at Resort she suggested, I would highlyrecommend.

Definitely recommend using Michelle! She took all the stress out of planning our Mexican vacation with our 2 young children. She responds quickly and found us exactly what we were looking for and within our budget! She made sure we all sat together on the plane as well. I would book through her again for sure!

It doesn’t look like i can add another review, just edit the current one. Another trip, another 5 star experience using Michelle’s services. Feb 2023I don’t even know what number this trip is that Michelle has booked for us. Cannot recommend her highly enough. She is thorough, provides options, provides a ton of information around the current regulations and restrictions. She’s super responsive whenever a question or concern arises!!! And best of all, there’s no additional cost to us travellers!! She bends over backwards for her clients. Other than the odd flight here or there on points, we will not travel without her!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Michelle took our requests and knocked it out of the park! She hit every one of our must haves and even the one “would be nice to have” all well within our budget. She was patient with all our questions and answered promptly. We had an amazing time and it was nice knowing she had been to the resort and could recommend it confidently. We would recommend her and will be doing so with some of our friends. It made for a stress free vacation knowing Michelle had everything sorted out for us. We will be using Michelle for our vacations moving forward!
