Bao knows alot about clocks and timepieces. He can fix them- and quickly sometimes over the counter while you wait. Some jobs take longer but I cannot recommend him highly enough for his skilled work and pleasant demeanor.

Bao is a very pleasant man and knows his business very well. Extremely honest. If you ever need work in his field done he is the place to go.

Did a walk-in at New Time today and have to say I was very happy with the service received. Battery on my watch died (yeah, some of us still wear time pieces) and thought I would give New Time a try. Bao was very friendly and was able to do it while I waited (a whole 5min). The above and beyond for me was that when he came back with my watch he told me he noticed my wrist band (which is metal with a clasp) was reversed and asked if I preferred it this way. Told him no and that I always thought it was kind of awkward and he did a 180 into his room and returned a moment later with it corrected. Will definitely call upon New Time again in the future!
