I’m regular customer at this pharmacy since it opened for the most part great service with a few hiccups with a rude employee in pharmacy, a late night pharmacist who was completely confused and can’t read a computer screen and was making stuff up as he went along and most recently another incident where the lady I was speaking too for a new prescription ignored everything I said regarding it and what was clear written down by my doctor. I left the pharmacy furious and went home to collect myself and called the next day to speak to someone else. Thank God the person who answered the phone overheard the conversation from the day before. They corrected everything and called my doctor to confirm BUT then I found out in a follow up call with my GP that I still wasn’t given the correct instructions to the prescribed dosage and had been taking the wrong dosage for an entire month!!!BUT Covid came along and I also get my flu shot done here in the last couple of years as well. The lack of organization in the vaccination clinic is insane and I have yet had a decent experience. They ignore completely the assigned appointment times and take people who had come after you ahead. I can see this happening you know once by mistake but everytime? If you don’t pay attention where you are in line you could stay sitting there for awhile longer then you needed too. I know this happens so I’m watching for it. The people running the clinics seem so frazzled and honestly you should have one person taking peoples information and another doing the vaccinations not the same person.Start with putting proper signage for the vaccination clinic the signage for the colored stickers on the floor isn’t working. You have the sign showing direction to the stickers off to the left of the actual clinic where one lines up for prescription pick up?? Nobody notices it there and the signage itself with the colors beside which clinic does not explain to someone who happens to notice it what the colors are for or where to look for them??

I was in line to pay today and the cashier(I think her name was Lisa). Was struggling to void an order. She asked for help and the asst mgr told her to do a no receipt return. She did not know how and checked her notes as she struggled. I was not in a hurry and waited patiently but then she angrily told me to use the self checkout. There was no reason to yell at me in a rude manner. I was embarrassed and went to self checkout. There is no reason to take your frustration out on customers. Not acceptable

Constant incompetence in the pharmacy and failure to do what you ask them to do on behalf of you, the client. I've had minor med errors: incorrect directions, incorrect math on the quantity, incorrect quantity. I've asked them to contact my doctor and request refills 3 weeks in advance only to find that my doctor never got the request or heard what I wanted the pharmacist to communicate. This left me without medication despite requiring multiple back and forth calls between my doctor's office and the pharmacy. And I've been offered to have a prescription ready today rather than tomorrow, called a few hours later and been told that my prescription will be ready tomorrow after being helpfully reminded that if my prescription was ready, I would have been emailed. Basically, it's work. This pharmacy means work. You will have to work to get the pharmacy to perform the basic functions that you need a pharmacy to perform. You aren't paid for this work, you are paying them for it. I'm going to transfer to a different pharmacy and I'm just going to cross my fingers that they don't screw that up too.

Pharmacy is great! Had a good time speaking with the ladies there and had a few laughs as well. Top notch service.

I find this drugstore not very friendly and they certainly don't look after there own customers. I have asked in-person for my Covid rapid test box and they always say they have run out, and they are very rude on the phone. As a paying customer I should be able to get what was promised to my by our Ontario Government. they are handing them out like candy. I will be moving all my prescription refills to a more community focused drugstore (small business) that will be more personalized to take care of there clients.Also when I do go in to pick up a prescription.... I can be standing at the prescription pick up booth for some time and they avoid eye contact so you are not even acknowledged...poor customer service.

The owner of this pharmacy is excellent, and treats his customers well.Today I called to refill a prescription and the pharmacist named Steph answered, I told her I would be there in an hour to refill my regular prescription.When I got there to pick it up an hour an 15 mins later she said they were working on it now and it would he ready in 45 MINUTES! So a total waiting period of 2 hours to refill a monthly prescription. I sat and waited for last 45 minutes and not 1 other customer came for pick.Also she was extremely rude shaking her head when I said I would wait.It is inconsiderate for her to make me wait 2 hours to fill a prescription when no one is there. I have been a customer here for years with no issues. As long she is not working you should be ok.

Tried numerous tries to call the pharmacy about something. Sat on hold for 20 minutes. Called numerous times throughout the day. Always on hold. Either staff the pharmacy better or just get rid of the phone if no one is going to answer. This isn't a downtown Toronto pharmacy and I can say that other pharmacies in major cities do a much better job.Called IDA and got through immediately. Go with the IDA.

Very abrupt and rude cashier...needs training in customer service.

Why bother offering a vaccine clinic if you can't be organized enough to run it?Came for a covid vaccine appt. People also just showing up for walk ins and they are going ahead. There's one frazzled lady handing out and receiving the health questionnaires, answering questions, checking people in, administering vaccines.The wait is ridiculous, the lack of signage or anything to differentiate people waiting for rx's, needing pharmacy help for other things, getting vaccinated etc is insane. People spent 20m waiting in the wrong area because nobody knows what's going on.If this is any indicator of their organization abilities I'm glad I don't come here for my prescriptions..In the end took 35m waiting after my scheduled appointment to get the shot.

I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism, the attention to detail, and the success rate of the pharmacy at this location. The proactive staff seems to deal with customers as they would with their own family members. Someone there gets it" when it comes to pharmaceutical services. Wow !"
