My wife came here to drop off a return package. The man who works here was distasteful and disrespectful. He cut her off multiple times in conversation. He raised his voice at her. He was very stubborn and uncooperative. This is the second time we’ve had an unpleasant experience with this gentleman.

Excellent customer service! Treated me with great respect and a lot of kindness. This is a very friendly environment and I 100% recommend going here when needing to safely deliver packages, faxing, printing and laminating things, as well as, passport photos!

I would like to give zero for their cheap behaviour. I asked for packing tape to seal a involve. they took 2.5 dollars for 1 feet of duck tape. they also give me an option to buy whole tape roll at 5+ dollars. cheap people with third class mind set.Please see the txn below.

The guy who works here is very rude!I came to drop off an Amazon package, and even though I followed the instructions on the invoice to the T, the guy told me I was doing it wrong and that next time he will charge me. For what??I tried to explain that I followed the instructions that were given and even tried to show him the instructions but he just kept cutting me off and said that ‘I need to read properly next time’Read this - please have some manners and maybe don’t be rude to your customers.

I tip my hat for the owner, Arshad Hussain and give two thumbs up for his professionalism, exemplary customer service and diligence. He was not just helpful and patient but also very respectful and efficient. Needless to say, I breathed a sigh of relief after visiting UPS Markham. The owner, himself, was serving every customer with grace and utmost care. Mr. Hussain went an extra mile to accommodate me and every other person in the queue. UPS Markham stands head and shoulder above the competition. I would highly recommend it. Thank you very much, UPS and Mr. Hussain for the service and hospitality.
