Had to get my BMW's windshield replaced and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the services I received. Right from the start, they were super professional and efficient in communicating an appropriate appointment time. The guys really knew their stuff, and they were really careful with the installation to make sure everything was done properly. My car looks as good as new and I highly recommend auto glass Canada who needs their windshield replaced. Thanks a lot guys!

I paid $200 to fix the crack and specifically kept asking them if crack will stop and they said yes. After 10 days crack started to get bigger. Called them 5 times and they said they will come to adress the issue. Called me once when i was at work and apparently expected me to.leave work and come back. I Told them they have to tell me day before so i can manage my schedule. Its been almost 3 weeks. No reply. And my windscreen is ruined as the crack increased.They pretend as if its a big company and all, but as far as i can see, its just one person.

Worst service, I called them for a chip damage repair on windshield, the guy came to my house and he gave me two options but later when I asked him to go for best solution that was with some kind of gel as damage was covered by titan endurance, he said sorry the company won’t pay for it and I should have told them before in the call that damage was covered by insurance company. So, yea they just doing a business and give no f’s for anything. I can still see the crack easily. Wouldn’t recommend but it’s upto you if you aren’t in love with your car i mean go for it.

They have technicians all over Ontario, and I had a great experience with the technician that came to my car's late night rescue - he was courteous and sincere, and he is very skilled in his craft. I can't even see where the stone-chip was, and I would absolutely recommend him and any of the technicians that work for the company to my nearest and dearest without hesitation!

Had a stonechip. Technician showed up, fixed it only to have it spread and ruin my whole windshield just 3 days after their 60 days" guarantee policy. Refused to fully refund the initial work and put it towards a windshield repair with them that I was willing to do. Also tried to discredit their competitors and never followed up with me even though they promised to do so next day. Do not use these guys. Poor workmanship and horrible customer service"

I had a stone chip fixed today by Technician Roger, after the car rental place said to fix it rather than replace the windshield. I was shocked by the results as was Enterprise. The stone chip was the size of the quarter and all that is visible now is a fuzzy white spot the size of an eraser. The service is mobile, fast, on time and Roger was very helpful explaining what he was doing as well as my insurance claim. Totally recommend!
