Awesome customer service. I bought a B2601 from them and the process was friendly, efficient and faultless. After delivery, I had a small problem with the machine, and after a short email from me, they came and collected the machine, fixed it to way beyond my expectations, and delivered it back within 36 hours. I couldn't have asked for more.

Had to pick up/grab parts from here for an employer, parked around side where my supervisor said to, asked the parts department if they could open the door and help and instead they were rude and condescending, definitely won't be going here on my own time.

Great selection of Kubota's. Parts guys are great. Place is spotlessly clean. Sales staff are straight and good to deal with. I had a really big warrantee job done in the service dept and everything was perfect.

We purchased a UTV from this dealer. The sales representative is a good listener and tried his best to ensure we chose the right vehicle for our needs. He showed us the whole lineup of vehicles but never tried to upsell us. Nor did he push accessories and extended warranties. The vehicle wa prepared and delivered to us as promised. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Larkin Equipment is an excellent outfit, everyone involved with the organization is top notch... outside of global shortages that they cannot control, Larkin has been excellent in getting my equipment to me and correcting any small oversights....Sid has been extremely responsive and I can't express how helpful every one there is ....would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn or tractor equipment.
