Gray Hawk (1991) Co. Ltd.

I called Gray Hawk to fix my geothermal unit in July 2013. The technician told me that since Gray Hawk didn't install the unit, I would need to pay up front (about $1000) and that the company would refund me when they received the money from Water Furnace. The problem was a freon leak and should be covered under warranty for a unit less than 3 years old.Around the end of August I follow up to see when the money is coming, and they inform me that they have no intention of getting the money from Water Furnace for me. It takes a lot of time to do" they say

Called for a plumber to fix a shower.- first time we called, we were told there would be a 2 weeks delay for service. Since it wasn’t an emergency, we were okay with waiting.- got a call 3 weeks later. Plumbers showed up on time, but with no galoshes or mats to protect floors. After several trips back and forth to their truck, they left our wood floors and carpets in a pretty sad and dirty state.- they could not repair our shower because they didn’t have the part. But we were told they would research the part and get back to us.- over 3 weeks later, I called back to follow up because we hadn’t heard back from anyone, only to find out nobody had researched the part.- we were told the service dept would look into it right away and call us back.- 3 business days later, I called again to check… and clearly, nobody had looked into it. After explaining, again, that while it wasn’t urgent… we would still like to get the shower fixed, since it's my mother-in-law's shower. I finally got a callback 3 hours later to be told the part didn’t exist anymore. Our showers were renovated in 2016, so it’s a bit difficult to believe no parts would exist anymore.The whole experience left us with the feeling they didn’t want to do the job. Not sure we will call again. Not for plumbing anyway.EDIT 04/28/2022: Since then, we have been able to find the part to fix our shower... not only that, it was sent to us at no charge, we've contacted another plumber for installation. To top it up, last week I received an unknown caller" call. I usually don't answer these as they tend to be scams. It was Greyhawk

They don't seem to know how to contact you when you enquire on their website. And we've called. They just couldn't even seem to put an initial appt together. That should raise red flags right there.We were recommended this company. So far it's been 3 weeks and counting. We are new to the area, and would rather deal with a company that was used and recommended by friends. Sadly no such luck so far.Update: We have taken our business elsewhere. Friends were incredibly embarrassed, and are now questioning their future with this company.

Excellent service! All of my questions answered (and I had lots because I know very little about furnaces). Professional and kindness appreciated during a stressful, chilly time ⛄

Had 2 thermo pump installed, so cool air in the summer and heat in the spring and fall :) had excellent service and the technician Eric, did a wonderful job, very polite and professional, cleaned everything before he left, could not tell someone had work at my house. I recommend this company to every one !!

1600$$ for a clogged pipe. 200$ in parts..11 hours of Billings..called them said no problem, later that day I asked what time and l they said, no not today..Well you should of told me that at the beginning..next day they send 2 people, cap one line and said they don't have the right tool..that was $500.. Next day sent 2 guys for 4 hours each to un-clog and replace broken part...AVOID!!!!!!WAY over price, Send 2 people to do A 1 person Job..I used despite all the rest of the bad reviews because they said they could come right away...that was FALSE as well..

will never call for them. Ill pay extra to get someone from out of town.

I just drove behind their company vehicle coming into hawkesbury. It's Aug 4th, this was about 7:15 am. They are either a bad driver, or distracted. They could not maintain a consistent speed, and kept riding the white line. Every 30 seconds or so, their passenger side tires would go over the white line. I expect people who drive as part of their job to take it seriously. This driver should smarten up, or stop driving.

Needed an emergency plumber - they didn't exactly come on an emergency basis but they were the quickest availability; that's about all they deserve the one star for, if that. They arrived at the house around 8:30-8:45 but didn't start working until after 9. We left for work (had a friend here) and, as we got downstairs, some young kid/assistant was standing outside texting or something and the other guy was carrying equipment upstairs. My friend called to let me know the job was complete" at 10:45

The management team followed up on the work done at my place. Dominic was very helpful and professional. They care about the service they deliver and customers satisfaction. Thank you Gray Hawk!
