The orthotic made was everything that I needed. He kept adjusting the foot braces until they were a comfortable fit.It has been several years since that first set of foot braces and I only now need to get new ones.

Before seeing Luke at Snider’s, I have been to many many places to get custom orthotics made and they couldn’t get them right for my feet. I highly recommend seeing Luke at Snider Orthotic Design. Best place to get anything foot/leg related. Andrew is the nicest person and easy on the eyes so that helps but he truly cares about his patients and their well being. He’s there to see you do well, not for the paycheque which seems to be rare these days.The whole team is caring, supportive and get stuff done quickly.Highly recommend!!

I have been coming here off and on since 2016 for all my orthotic needs! I always see Amanda, who is very professional and very easy to talk with when explaining issues. She is a good listener and never makes you feel rushed in your appointment. Luc was very accommodating and I received my orthotics extremely fast. He has helped me with foot pain for many years and I think he is absolutely the best. I highly recommend Snider Orthotics.

I went a decade or so between appointments at Snider—I emailed Willow to set up an appointment, who checked my records and told me I’d seen Luke last time (like, when I was a teenager) and even managed to set up the appointment by email vs phone which I love! Despite it being so long, if Luke didn’t actually remember me, he sure made it feel like he did!Recently, the foot care nurse recommended some modifications I could have made to my heel lift orthotic—went in to chat with Luke and he immediately picked up my insert and said let me see what I can do—fifteen, maybe twenty minutes later I was walking out with the suggested modifications—just an idea from the nurse!—done to a 5 year old insert!Snider was recommended by my peds orthopaedic doc—I remember having a good experience as a teenager, and my more regent experiences have been nothing short of wonderful.Thanks, Snider team!
