Enquired for selling my vehicle on June 19. They constantly followed up to collect all information from me. I appreciate that. However the once they got the information it's been radio silent.Still waiting for at least a call from the concerned department.It's been 5 days now. I emailed them for a reply.Don't know what's going onMichael Yang was the sales consultant who attended my enquiry.

Jeff at the service desk was a lifesaver. My family and I were packed up for a roadtrip down to Texas and Jeff was able to squeeze us in for an emergency repair of my serpentine belt, which was damaged. Got us in and out in 20 minutes and we were on our way. A+ service by the techs and Jeff was very understanding and really helped us out.A good dealership requires great people, and this dealership certainly has them.

The customer service team was exceptionally knowledgeable about the brand and not in a rehearsed way, we worked with Alex and I did not have a single negative thing to say. We didn't feel pressured or coerced, or rushed. We had 100000 questions and Alex was patient and understanding, answered our questions and even followed up to see how we were doing or if we were having any questions or concerns with the new car. If you're considering a Volkswagen, this is the place to go for sure.
