J. J. Stewart Motors Limited Jeep

I was dealing with Adam at JJ Stewart Motors and have to say he was very responsive, easy to work with, professional and goes above and beyond. I wish all car sales folk were like him.

I have had nothing but wonderful customer service from JJ Stewart Motors. We bought our first vehicle from them in 2019, and the service and care has been outstanding ever since. I recently popped a tire and had phoned them seeing if they had any in stock, and they had mentioned they needed to see the vehicle first to see what the exact tire was. It was a busy evening for me, and it happened right at the end of the school/daycare day (3 kids 5 and under - desperately needed our van), and I didn't end up getting it towed that evening and thought I would deal with it the next day. The dealership phoned me the next morning and had stated that they proactively ordered me the tire I needed the night before, and that it had arrived, and they also booked me in for a time slot that day to change it for me if I needed it. They were five steps ahead of me, and were able to help right away and get the tire replaced on my van. I appreciate the level of care and intention that went in to helping us out in a tight situation!

talked to liz on phone on friday was told she ould not be there sat that the veiles would be there monday 2010 jurney and 2012 ram was buying both in her words she would be in monday ( she was on speaker wife and in laws all herd ) they would be there monday can get them then when she was in called monday and one was soldi would not deal with this place they say one ting and do another l untrustworthy in my opinion

Outstanding sales and service by Dave Stewart and his great team. This is by far the best full service Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM dealership in Ontario and has been around since 1916 and I have been coming here for more than 30 years.

Just recently purchased a car at this Dealership for a family member.I must say, I am overly impressed with everything this Dealership does. They are very professional. Liz helped us with the entire process. Everything we asked about, she was right on top of it, and whatever we wanted done, she would immediately say yes! No questions whatsoever..... Everything went very smooth.Also, just walking into this Dealership, we were always greeted by someone, with a smile! Amazing people to deal with from sales to service. Joe goes out of his way to make sure that service customers are looked after which is not easy in a busy shop.
