One star is exceedingly generous. There are absolutely no words to describe how this company has left me out on a lurch. I will be going to the BBB and ombudsman to report them. Wouldn't accept the order without a CC number and then was late to pickup the car BY 15 DAYS - we had to find another carrier and will be proceeding with legal action to recover costs. This company has NO INTEGRITY. Disgusting customer service. Promises broken throughout.

Transport Car Fre was bringing my Dream Vehicle to me from BC to Alberta! I was so excited when they reached out and said it was arriving. I loved the communication knowing in Advance so I could go pick it up when they arrived! The Driver Val was AMAZING!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHIP CARS--READ THIS!!! I have used various auto transport companies for nearly 30 years. I discovered Car Fre Transport more than 10 years ago and I would never choose another transportation company over Car Fre. Its not just because they have the best prices (no BS get a quote and verify it for yourself) it's because of the extra things they do. Fred, Yves, and Sergiy put up with a lot of difficult pickups for me all over Canada. They always find a way to accommodate my difficult pickups, and believe me some of the pickups are complicated. I needed a little Mercedes SLK picked up recently and the solution they came up with would be completely out of the question for any other large Transport company. The transport driver had to park a few kms away from a residential area I needed a car picked up from. He took a cab to the location and drove the car to the carrier. What other transport company would think outside of the box like that? none! Its extra efforts like that, that's turned me into a loyal customer for good. Its also reasons like that Fred and the whole team have grown Car Fre to well over a 100 trucks now. With that many trucks they cover a lot of routes, including a lot of off the beaten path locations. This is a true genuine review, I don't work for Car Fre and I'm not related to anyone at Car-Fre. I am a genuine customer that's shipped hundreds of vehicles with them. Car Fre is the best, period!

Great experience. Everyone from Sergiy in the office to the transport drivers were helpful and courteous. Being fussy about my Miata being only 3 years until a collector plate - I was hesitant at first but it all turned out just fine. Thanks everyone ar Car-Fre for your assistance.

Amazing service! I shipped my brand new mercedes from Calgary to Montreal and I’m not going to lie i was pretty scared because i know some shipping compagnies don’t really care but Car fre made sure my car was fully secured and covered!! They called me to go pick it up once it has arrived and they even gave it a quick wash, it was in perfect condition and delivery was fast. I would highly recommend them and pricing is very affordable. Thank You again !!

This was honestly the WORST experience I have had with a shipping company. I work for a large dealer group and have dealt with plenty of transportation companies in my years, and never has it been such a headache.I contacted the company to get a vehicle from ON to SK. Kept asking when it was to be picked up as I was trying to make a plan with the seller. Got responses of Next week". Finally

I was looking into getting my car shipped back to Surrey from Cranbrook but before I could make a decision, the flooding caused severe damage to the highways. I was in a pickle and I did not want to drive through the States to get my car safely home, and only essential travel was in effect. As I began to call car transport companies, I was frustrated as some places did not pick up while others stated that they would not do it. However, Transport Car Fre reassured me that my car would be safely delivered back to Surrey in a timely manner. When I touched down at YVR, I got a phone call within a few hours that my car was ready for pick up! Such prompt, professional and effective service! Transport Car Fre will get your car to its desired destination.

Very bad customer service a bought a car from ontario and they told me your car it shoud be in calgary within seven to fifteen business days , i keept calling them to see if they picket it up and their is no answer from them! And after they give me a specific day that my car it should be arrive soon and till now my car still at the dealership! So all together its been for twenty two days and nothing happen after that I decided to cancel my shipping and i went with another transportation company ! Verryyyyy bad customer services i don't recommend to anyone at all !
