The entire experience of building our forever home with Brett and Dan Bickell was incredible. From the beginning, they made us feel like family and they wanted our home to be perfect. Each and every step was planned out and they provided us with guidelines to ensure everything went smoothly. Danielle, their designer was fantastic, ensuring we made the right choices for our tastes. Janet, their realtor contact, guided us through the logistics of buying and building our new home. We thought the process would be overwhelming, but with these 4 wonderful people guiding us, it was simple! We can't thank all of them enough! Just purchased my first house ever and the fit and finish is top shelf and especially in this time of pandemic they have been great to accommodate our needs.

We first attended a showing for the model home being sold in St. Marys. I fell in love with the open and spacious design, the tasteful colours and upgrades, extra high ceilings. My husband (who was a home inspector) was impressed with the building standards, no short cuts were taken. A couple of minor issues were completed quickly and Jon and Dan were responsive, helpful and professional. The driveway was in place shortly after move in. The lawn was installed when we were away on vacation and Jon and Dan came by daily to make sure the new sod was being watered in the middle of the summer.Thank you for our beautiful home!

We bought our Bickell Built home upon moving to St. Marys in 2018. This is the 8th house we have owned and it is unquestionably the best quality we have ever experienced in a newly-built home. The house was spotlessly clean on the move-in date and the quality and personal service provided by the Bickells is truly appreciated. They are very quick to respond to questions and to any warranty issues (which have been a challenge to identify as there have been so few)
