First of all, this is a baby furniture and accessories establishment however there is no stroller ramp to access the store. I have a double stroller so this was difficult to lift up the stairs just to get into the place. Terrible service overall once we got in. Many of the items do not have their prices listed so you have to ask the salesperson for assistance which isn't really an issue except that she didnt know the prices! She had to leave to go find out the prices. 10 minutes later, she finally came back. By then we were already so turned off and didn't want to spend any money there anyway. The place offers a nice variety of cribs however based on their subpar service, I have no interest in shopping there. Imagine having an issue with a purchase ? Who knows what kind of terrible after service you will get...

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We like the crib and accessories but terrible customer service. Actually no one knows what customer service is. They deserve -5 stars. Please avoid at all cost going to this store. The owners should read the book Delivering Happiness" by Tony Hsieh before serving customers. What a poor customer experience! We purchased our daughters furniture from here and we loved it, it's worn beautifully and was of a great quality. Two years later we purchased our sons furniture and experienced their awful customer service, never ending run arounds, and people not returning phone calls. The biggest issue is that the quality has really gone downhill, the surfaces of the furniture are cracked where a little water got on them, and they had to replace two pieces which were damaged on delivery. I would go elsewhere.

Do not buy/deal with this company- they are supposedly" the best for baby furniture however they do not stand by there product and will ignore your inquiries... Furniture is 2.5 yrs old and having major paint issues.. Been trying to rectify the issue for 6 months now with no progress. Save your time and money and buy something else."

Terrible customer service- which should be number one for advertised “high quality” furniture. Been getting the run around for a year and a half from Melina. When I asked to speak with the manager Vanessa I was told she was out sick- and would be “sick” for the next 3 weeks. Will never be purchasing their items.

Stay away from anything from Pali-Design. Bought a crib and within a month the paint starting to come off. Then a little while later the spring holding the mattress broke. Customer service is non-existent and on the rare occasion you get through, they don't care and don't help.

Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere. There is no after sales service, and Ikea is better quality! Since the first week of having the furniture delivered I found marks at the bottom of the furniture (3rd photo). When I addressed it to their customer service they accused me of damaging it myself. First two photos are now, 5 years later to realize that the edging of the furniture is made from plastic that is painted. The furniture now looks horrible after 5 years and needs to be replaced. Pali is quick to sell, just as quick to screw you as a client. To the first time parents, don’t be fooled by their quality! You can tell how great their customer service is just here on Google. They don’t even care to acknowledge a problematic review or disappointing feedback.

Nice solid furniture, but expect zero customer service. We've written them twice about parts and info about an older model. The company didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of the email. Spend your money elsewhere.

High quality crib, and even more impressive customer support after a move where we lost a few of the parts. Very impressive company and product. Worth considering buying a Pali crib.

Honestly, I had amazing customer service, I called and had made an appointment for a Saturday, but since I had a day off during the week i went! She even waiting for my parents and husband to get there! She talked with me, learned what i was looking for, made recommendations and i love that this converts for later on!! don't need to buy a whole other set for my little one! GREAT PRICES for such good quality! Even took a catalogue for my friend!
