Had a fantastic experience at this location. I hope every customer gets to work with Ashok, one of the best Budget sales representative! The car was very dirty and I paid for a suv and when I went to pick up the car there was no car I waited almost 2 hrs and I didn’t get what I paid for I got a very dirty car

The Budget Yorkdale location 3320 Dufferin Street is amazing. I have found their staff incredibly helpful and courteous. The manager is very personable and the people working there always are helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this location. I often reserve my car online and am always pleased with the vehicle they provide me. when I come in person to pick it up. I would not hesitate in recommending them to family, friends and business associates. Well Done!

Car was gassed up and ready to go. Got a free upgrade to a Honda SUV which was great because I was travelling to Haliburton. Your agents at the counter were pleasant and courteous. One man showed me how to use the four wheel drive option in the car if I experienced snowy conditions. Loved the car. Comfortable and easy on fuel consumption. No complaints.

usually I book with them, the guys are the desk are super nice and helpful. but they are expensive in the summer time, so I did a booking with discount and got screwed over because they cancelled my reservation without telling me (long story). So i run across the street to budget and tell them the story, they hook me up with a vehicle in five minutes, its a premium (they had no other ones) and they even give me a discount. I will never betray budget again, thank you so much for saving my weekend!

Used this rental point 3rd time. The car corresponded to what I booked, clean and, operated fine. The guy at the counter was friendly, suggested additional insurance items but when I refused he was not intrusive. The facility is not luxurious but corresponds the neighborhood. Overall impression is positive - nothing to complain.

I've used the same location a few times over the past two years and i've had no issues getting my car or returning it or waiting for that matter. I would recommend them. I'm planning on using them again in the future.

I have to wait a lot to get a car moreover I have to go to another place to get a car. The other location budget car rental receptionist tried to rip me off by charging me more. Finally, I came to know and I save my money. Please don't go there unless and until you have a promo code or discount, because you are paying the same amount to another place where you get good services. Don't go to this location 2746 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4N 2J2.
