I love this place. I go back often. Sauna is part of the service with the massage. I don't talk during massages so the masseuse can concentrate on her work. I tip well and they don't have to ask. They treat me well and they are always happy to see me. Sometimes the other girls who work there get a little jealous of the one I always choose to work on me.

I have regular massages. About 200 over the past 10 years both in the UK and here in Canada. Today's experience at Sunhope on Ness was AWFUL and the worst I've ever experienced. The lady was past her prime" and should probably have retired about 10 years ago. She was in another world most of the time and was certainly not paying attention to what she was doing. I will not return to Sunhope & strongly suggest anyone reading this feedback take heed! I won't mention names

Don’t go there!! The massage was terrible and she basically did nothing after I refused her special service. It was a huge waste of money.
