Holly was our agent for both sale and purchase and demonstrated professionalism in both from the beginning. The sale in this volatile marketplace is at best, difficult to negotiate but was handled quickly and efficiently with a price beyond our expectations. The purchase which was time sensitive with very little available product was handled showing a deep knowledge of the market and qualities that would meet our needs with impressive intuition. We have not just met a great agent but have made a friend for life. We would highly suggest that Holly would represent anyone's interest to the best possible outcome.
