I needed a new roof and called half a dozen companies. Victorious was the first ones on site to quote me even though they were 2nd to last I called. Their quoting process was the ONLY one that was thorough, honest and clear. They don't hide stuff, they tell you what the costs are, which specific material they are using and who they are getting it from. This level of clarity surprised me because none of the other companies where that honest with me.My appointment was a week after asking to be booked because I got them early in the roofing season. Turns out another customer wasn't available so i got bumped to 4 days later.These guys were in and out of here in a matter of 16 working hours, 1 and a half days to take off the old shingles and put my new roof! I was home this week so instead of cleaning my yard like i should have been, i couldn't stop but stare at this roofer work with the efficiency i can only guess comes from decades of experience. Truly fascinating stuff. These guys put this roof on with the ease of me breathing; Effortlessly.I had some damage on my roof sheeting, under the shingles, they ensured i was aware and told me how they fixed it.All in, I'd say you haven't done enough research if you give more money to those other bigger guys who can't possibly have better workers and service. I'd also bet anything, since I've seen it myself, don't have enough confidence in their work to have the level of transparency Victorious showed me they have. The professionalism, the workmanship, attention to details; all 10/10.If you need a roof, book them now, because by the time the rest of the city is aware of how good these guys are, I'd think you'll have to wait a while at the back of long queue.
