Very bad service and they use 0 common sense. Parents had to switch banks after receiving consistently bad service during their only 3 visits over multiple years. They had a personal and business account for over 22 years. Very sad they don't care to treat them better.

Td bank in itself I find more convenient and fairly priced overall.I am rating this location in particular because I find it easy to get to, comfortable, and it has a drive-through.I was compelled to write a review because of the great service I got from Wesley there, today. He was very clear, very quick, and genuinely interested in helping me out.Thanks!

I went here to deposit cash to a savings account. Only one teller was working a long line on a friday night (maybe its covid related in 2023). The guy in front of me eventually turned into a crazy man pacing and ran out. On my turn I explained as I always do that I dont have my debit card on me but I have my i.d and ill enter my pin. Not happy but I provided them. I guess the teller needed a break from the line and needed to shame me for not carrying my card. Since i do it all the time, all i have with TD is a positive float saving acc so i didn't dive it to show public remorse for my actions and instead i asked to continue. I had my id examined, pin taken, questions verified, cash handed over, my morals questioned while the line grew behind me. Sorry sir, we have a brand new policy where you must have your debit card.Oh what? You seem excited to drop this new info but also...What? I know you want the crowd to turn on me too but first, y'lying. So to give you cash

The most annoying branch ever . They lock their lobby after hours and on weekends so you can’t access the bank machines because they have a drive through out door one BUT THE DRIVE THRU OUT SIDE ONE IS OUT OF SERVICE 99% of the time . It’s so ridiculous you can’t just go into the lobby like EVERY OTHER TD bank when it’s closed . Very inconvenient to have to drive to another neighborhood to use the bank machine . As for the inside the “ advisors “ I met were clueless . Terrible branch

Horrible service...stephanie Tylor was manager she couldn't handle our issues at all and she is not taught how to handle customer if they angry because of bad service and she refused to hear our problems..Shame on you TD for hiring this kind of people...complained to customer care and it didn't make any difference I guess...already close 2 accounts with TD because of this manager. Never going again...

Appending to my note below. Excellent no nonsense service, excellent location - no fuss for parking. Everyone was absolutely amazing from the lady at the counter and other staff member who take the time to help out seniors. Thank you very much Steve (Bank Manager) for making business enjoyable!Gonna try this branch after having had a terrible experience at Bayshore, wish me luck as my mother banked there for over 50 years and no one cares about loyalty" Lets hope this branch provides better service dealing with estate accounts. Will keep you posted for the aging population. Bad enough having to deal with death then you have to deal with staff who are limited to knowledge with estates. Terrible idea to put "their legal department" in a generic database. Who's bright idea was that?"

Went to use the ATM at 6:05 and the doors were locked. I've gone to several branches after hours, and even on Sundays just to use the ATM and have never been locked out. Don't waste your time with this one.

Setup an appointment with a financial advisor and had to reschedule. They had no problem with this and accommodated my request with ease.When I arrived for the appointment, the lady at the desk was very helpful and two or three analysts passing by asked if I had been helped yet and even showed me how to grab a complimentary coffee.Everyone at this branch is always well-mannered, helpful and kind. This is a model for good service.

I had a terrible experience in this TD branch; overall having an account with TD for a decade now I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism! one of the employees named Marvin Karera helped as apply for a service. He promised he will get back to us within 2 days, a week passed we did not hear anything, I emailed him and left him a voice message. We did not hear anything back from him. Waited another week, but nothing! we called and emailed again, and after waiting another week Marvin emailed saying that he forgot to submit our application and he will do it that day and we will hear from him that week. Again 2 weeks passed and we did not hear from him, again I emailed him, and waited another week we did not hear from him again. When the same thing happened several times I called the branch and was able to speak to the manager, the manager was very polite, and apologetic when I told him that email can take only 10 seconds or so. Then we received an email within 20 minutes from Marvin Karera mentioning that the application was rejected. We were extremely disappointed by Marvin Karera's customer service, his lack of communication skills and his lack of interest and regard for TD clients. We felt disrespected and disvalued for Marvin's treatments, TD's excellent experiences can be turned into horrible and terrible ones by these kinds of employees!
