Blinds To Go

Recently visited the store in Whitby location. Purchased a customised blinds as per our needs and it fits perfectly and looks great. Great staff they helped us to understand the functionality of array of blinds which helped us to make a decision.

We went to Blinds to Go about a month ago. When we walked in, the lady at the front welcomed us with a beautiful smile and asked if she could help us. She took to the area that we wanted to look at and proceeded to ask questions regarding blinds and measurements. After only a few minutes, she showed us a quote which she seamlessly printed off and allowed us to take the quote with us.We looked around at a few more blinds stores and none of them had the expertise the first young lady had. None tried to accommodate us with a quote either and one place even went as far as saying they would come out to measure the windows themselves, but...we're a no show!We went back to Blinds to Go to look at their samples again and the same young lady was at the front desk smiling away as we walked in.That sold us right there! After the run around with 3 other Blinds stores we settled on the blinds and paid half up front and the other half was paid before delivery. The young lady that looked after us at Blinds to Go was Sabrina!The installer came out a week later and within one hour, Chris had all the blinds hung and going out the door. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received at Blinds to Go from Sabrina and the extraordinary installer Chris.If you are looking for Blinds...I highly recommend Blinds To Go in Whitby...excellent all the way around!

Professional installer came and made quick work of the entire house.Out of several quotes, Blinds To Go ended up being the most reasonable price.The shades are good quality and you can't beat lifetime warranty.

Madison was an absolute pleasure to work with and i appreciated her input when trying to decide what i needed for window coverings. The installers that came to my home were also amazing! I couldn't be happier with how my blinds look!! Definitely made the right decision going with Blinds to go!!

Great experience and service! Kajal attended to us in the store, was very knowledgeable about the products, patient as we went back and forth trying to make our choices.Chris our installer was great at communicating with us to schedule a suitable time for our measurements to be taken, he was very detailed while taking the measurements and we were very pleased with his efficiency during the installation process. Exceptional service through and through!
