I was pleasantly surprised today when the Terminix guy (Dan) showed up as we were playing in the back yard. Dan texted and called ahead of time but we missed it. I was really happy he came anyway.Dan was really knowledgeable about the product and took the appropriate after precautions when he sprayed and topped up the poisons.Dan was patient with me as we walked around the property and highlighted areas of concerns and how to best deal with the ant problems we have. He remembered the property and when my cat got out he ensured to remind me to keep the cat in the house for 24 hours.It's been good to have the subscription service so they just take care of it.It has truly been a set it and forget it experience.

I have been using Terminex for the past 4 years and they have preformed several services on my property. Some successful but the main service I hired them for was to terminate our Vole issue on our property outside. The Voles have been borrowing in our grass extensively especially throughout the winter months. Albeit many traps are placed and Terminex shows up 4 times/year this issue has never been resolved.The traps are either in the wrong place or they don’t come back and attend to them when I call. It’s either a 2 week wait or longer.Other services are successful such as ant management, beetle removal but sometimes the staff has a lot of turn over and our property isn’t getting the care it needs.

Terminix has been providing us knowledgeable, cost effective excellent service for several years. look no further.

Signed up for a year of service and was informed of all the perks - none of which were followed through. I could either not reach anyone for customer service and only leaving message to request a service with no response or they literally no-showed. When the contract was up I have on numerous occasions tried to cancel, spoken with senior management" when I escalated my complaint

Have been on contract with Terminix for nearly 3 years, cc must have expired and Rather then calling or sending an invoice Terminix sent $118 invoice directly to collections.
