These guys are either crooks or slow. Sent my black Note 22 Ultra for a screen repair , sent back a lower model Note 22 Ultra claiming it's my phone different color, pink.Compared my serial numbers to my receipt when I bought the phone and they are different. Was told you must be confused ""

Had my iphone battery replaced for $63 and it was no better than my old one. The battery lasted 4-5 hrs after a 100% charge. When I called and told them, I was told it must be a phone issue which is malarkey. Not impressed.UPDATE: I took the phone back, the owner was very cordial and said he would try another battery, which he installed at no cost. After 5 hrs the battery is still at 99%. Happy now! I will be a return customer.

Brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max that had some water damage. They had it fixed in a couple hours, very reasonable $65 to take it apart, clean it out and re-seal it. Phone works great, and they even figured out how it probably lost it’s water proof seal.Could I have done it myself? Probably but it would have been a 3-5 day wait for a tool kit, and the phone might have been permanently damaged by waiting.

Got my s10 screen replaced today, I called every shop in town and everyone was Roughly 270 plus tax. Dropped my phone off with them as I thought I'd treat my kids to a tree house trip and they are right across the street and we live over an hour from the city.Shawn called me 5 minutes after I left and told me he didn't have the right color in stock like he thought he did but he does have a different color that would work.Went to pick it up to find a $400 bill!!If the different color was over $100 more then then industry standard pricing you should give your customers a heads up your putting a much more expensive part on it. Super upset and will never take my phone or another there again.

Took my phone apart and told me that him gutting my phone and putting the whole thing into new glass pieces that if I'm having problems with my speakers it's nothing to do with him and that untrue... You pulled my phone apart and it doesn't work anymore I can't talk to anyone anymore... And I refuse to pay you for something you broke like you made me do with the back glass you said you broke and still made me pay for... Would not recommend.... I payed 420 for a phone that barely works still what a rip off seeing as how people clearly get better pricing... Now being gas lit by the owner saying I was never there however that's so untrue! My huawei p30 pro was a beautiful aura color changing now my phone is red so if you would like to lie I will grab my receipts.... Also do not appreciate the fighting customers while trying to leave a review what a horrible service! No one called you pathetic you made that up grow up man get a grip. *Update* I called the store days after complaining about my speaker and was told I would have to pay because it again wasn't your fault just like the back glass you broke I had to pay for so no I will not give you a chance" when you already made it clear that it wasn't your fault..."

Great experience, very professional quick responses back. The price is very fair and the owner does exceptional work as repairs to our devices. My daughter is very happy with her phone.

I have used them for two or three repairs and the were great but this was wasn’t the case this time. I was quoted 250 and my invoice was 450. I didn’t really care but admit you quote wrong price And now my FaceTime doesn’t work. And all I get is it not his fault and it’s my phone and Apples. Then he hung up me. Wow.

Make sure to ask what the cost will be before giving them your device! I recently took my google pixel 4A in to get screen fixed. Picked it up few weeks later to the shock of $350 bill. Never in my mind did I think it would be over $100. Usually the business tells you up front but in my case I wasn't made aware of such. If I known up front I wouldn't of gotten mine fixed. I told them that I didn't have that kind of money. They made like..Oops I thought I told you. Yes it's fixed. But geez the cost.

These guys were awesome to deal with! And were open on Good Friday! My phone just quit charging and that could be 1 of 2 things wrong with it. They had it up and charging within 2 hours! Thank you so very much! Definitely will recommend you guys !
