The staff and management at this place are friendly and professional. Nicole performed laser hair removal on my legs, armpits and bikini areas. The process was virtually painless. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Will be back for more sessions.

As a client of DERMA Skin Institute I am very pleased with the quality of care and service I have received. All my questions were answered and concerns were addressed in a clear and concise manner. Doctor and staff are polite and welcoming. Appointments have been on time and next booking is made in treatment room which makes it quicker by not having to book through receptionist. May your visit to deRMA be as positive as well

3 stars are for the receptionist, who was incredibly sweet and seemed to genuinely care.Otherwise a disappointing experience. I understand specialist offices are often backed up, this wasn't my first rodeo. However, after an hour drive to get there, and then waiting 50mins to be seen, only to be rushed through the appointment and done within 5 minutes... very frustrating. No apology from the doctor, nothing.Again, I understand that specialist offices are often and usually backed up. But maybe understand that your patients' time is also valuable and some take 4 hours (or more) unpaid time off of work to attend these appointments.Just disappointing and frustrating.

I cannot say enough for deRMA Skin Institute. The staff are wonderful and listen to what you would like to achieve. The treatments that I go in for and have received have made great improvements to my face (sylfirm), the laser hair removal (does not hurt).. along with a few others…. It’s my new go to place. If you are looking for some self care, this is the place.
