Absolute best customer service I’ve ever received from a doctor. He’s street smart, explains on 5 minutes what other ENT couldn’t get across in 2 hours. Humourous and down to Earth. My confidence with my ear problem being well diagnosed is restored. I will bring all ear problems to this guy from this point forward

Dr. Chau is a miracle worker and I will be forever grateful for all he's done for me and my ears. He saved my career as a pilot and I am hearing aide free because of him! A talented and compassionate surgeon!

Dr. Chau is what you could say a miracle worker. I was in a blast accident that left me with not just a small hole but literally no ear drums. After two surgeries I now have two full functioning eardrums. He is a master at his craft and I will be forever grateful.

After 10 years of arguing with ‘ear doctors who sold hearing aids for a living’ I finally met Dr Chau who confirmed my personal findings that I did not need a hearing aid. He is a top shelf caring doctor. I can hear again thanks to his work. No hearing aid!

All I can say Dr. Justin Chau is my Hero!!! had a bad ear infection before went to different doctors no success until I got referred to Dr. Justin Chau everything went from bad to healed. went under the knife twice got a prosthetic piece in my ear, piece of my skull drilled and got taken off, may not have good hearing. But if not for that I might not be here writing this review. So to Dr. Justin Chau, thank you very much from me and my family

For the first time in 30 year I was able to hear from my left ear with a Cochlear implant. It was an absolutely amazing new ability. I was one of the first Canadians to try the new technology for single sided hearing. Dr. Chau was extremely professional, personable and kind. He was very clear about all possible outcomes. After a few months of use there was a minor issue with the hardware that doesn't allow me to use the implant until another procedure. I was scheduled for this last Nov. however covid-19 shut things down.I would highly recommend Dr. Chau and look forward to my next visit to South Campus

Dr Justin chau,was terrible.He did not inquire about my medical background,spoke quickly did not even face me or look at me during our interaction.I am looking for a new ENT specialist but I’ll definitely not be returning to this clinic!

Dr. Chau is a legend in his field. He is a leading ENT expert and we are blessed to have Dr.Chau here in Calgary. Amazing bedside manner, highly professional and resolved an ENT issue that I have had for many years and had seen 2 other specialists re same, without resolution. Would thoroughly recommend Dr.Chau.Nicola - Dr. Chau's Secretary - was also amazing and incredibly organized and thorough; the clinic was clean with all pandemic preventative infection control measures in place. An amazing team!

Dr. Justin Chau. Is an amazing surgeon. He doesn't sugarcoat anything. He did both of my ear surgery and I am happy. I just had my second ear surgery and am still in recovery. He was always very kind and very clear with everything. I get scared of surgery so I had so much questions for him and he was always great. He is definitely the best ear-throat Surgeon. As for his staff. I only dealt with Nicola, she is also amazing. After my surgery, she did the phone call follow-up, and she was very nice to me. I email her more than once because I had questions and she was always on time and very clear and kind. To the people who are badmouthing them please stop because it's not true.
