Tried to use my rewards for food wouldn't work but thats not the point basically the ladies working got upset because it was ten mins til the end of their shift... I don't care..... good thing this person is a 711 employee and not a doctor or frankly anything else. Fireman etc O I'm sorry we only have ten mins left on shift. By the time we get there are shift will be over.. maybe the next shift will come put out your house fire.. doctor. No thats okay let him bleed out I only got 3 mins left on my shift, maybe the next doctor can help you. LOL maybe if you hate your life you should of chose a better path instead of acting like a sad half asleep hates their life employee who can't be bothered doing their job. Honestly what ever happened to paying people what their worth. 711 as a company you don't promote people to actually try. You let people hire their friends and family not people suitable or trained properly for the job. It's atrocious. Do better.

Don’t know where to start. Living in the neighborhood and I’m forced to come here daily. This is the worst 7Eleven in Canada. Almost every new employee is not able to communicate in English, every simple question I ask is a rocket science for them, Supervisor or shift manager is a short chubby African guy that doesn’t know how to check discount for members and also has no clue about redeeming rewards nor self checkout. African guy is also very rude when you try talking to him about issues you have. I find this place the worst 7-Eleven and everyone who can should avoid it. Whoever owns this shack should look into this problems as this affect owners income .

First online order from this 7 eleven but like all 7 eleven they forgot something. Never get nachos as they always forget the cheese.

The duo working the evening shift are great. Very personable. Makes you feel wanted as a customer.

I just was at the shop with my friends tonight being Oct 24th, 2022 at around 9:30 pm. I was given a very poor customer service and was accused of stealing; however, I have paid for all my goods. My friend who was my guest as well opened a can and started drinking while doing the shopping; however, we did pay for that and all other things we bought from there. The man who was behind the till was enormously impolite and was using bad tone of vice threatening me like I am homeless. The problem I have now is that the man could have told us the rules in a politer manner not escalating it into a big fight threating us to call the police. I told him to call the police; however, he avoided since he knew he would be the one in trouble. I am requesting the supervisor to check the cameras for disciplinary or training measures to be taken.This gentleman is well-known among my friends to be an impolite, unprofessional and always fighting sales person. He also fought with a young lady last week when I was there at the shop.He needs a lot of training or job abandonment.

Hey I like this place. People are always friendly here. It's a great destination for my morning walk - coffee is cheap and good. So are other items. It's not the most attractive" area

I recently went to the 7-Eleven I was feeling really hungry and wanted something quick ended up getting three pieces of chicken and some wedgies I want everybody the wedgies with dry hard and Flaky and the chicken was really greasy hard and stale and tasted not good everything else looked really old and nasty I definitely would recommend not buying food from the 7-Eleven or any other 7-Eleven terrible gross

I have been to this store many times and I can say that it’s the best store for your on-the-go needs and necessities. Staff are very friendly. They have the cheapest cigarette u can find too.

Really bad costumer service. The manager is really rude to the costumers, he got mad because I paid with coins and told me to go to the bank instead. Never going there again

This 711 is not 24 hours. This store needs to change their hours because I was denied entry at 2am.
