Horrible horrible customer service. Our truck has been for repairs for 5 weeks ( still there), they refuse to give us any information, didn’t provide the replacement to drive while they are fixing it. Absolutely disgusting experience. Sitting and waiting for them to be kind enough to provide us information when they will fix our new car that costed us close to $100k. Shame on you, Ford Blainville!

Horrible service, I had an appointment today and when I arrived to the reception I waited 20 minutes nobody looked or talked to me even the receptionist, not even to tell when that she will answer me shortly. I was the only one in line. I decided to leave since everyone there is busy". Blainville succursale makes Ford really look bad..."

My father is very attentive to even the littlest things; and so was he about the about good customer service. He liked this company the first time around. The staff is always available for helping you. I can tell that if my father liked it means they really are good because my father is a very picky person. This is why I recommend it strongly.
