good service but don't buy apple products from anywhere or beats owed by apple ...I bought beats on December 29,2022 and less then 3 months later I can't just exchange them I have to send them back ....$300 headphones and they will repair them apple sucks with their warranty policies

My husband and I have been looking for a great deal on phones for a while. We visited the source and spoke with Brian he told us about a deal that was running for Black Friday and said he thought it would be good for us. Brian noticed I was from out of the country and advised that he would add on an international plan so I could speak to friends and family from England, talk about going above and beyond! He helped us get our phones up and running, and made sure to tell us to reach out and return if we had any issues. We’ll definitely return to the store and speak to Brian again!

Brian is very good person who gives a very good amount of discounts and a very kind and calm guy .i give him 5 stars.

Kiran was amazing! Received the best customer service today. He helped myself and my daughter out with our phone plans and found us the best deals. Highly recommend Kiran!

During a visit to the Source store @ Huron Church Road, Windsor on April 1st, 2023. I had the pleasure of dealing with a customer service representative named Desmond. The store did not have a product I was searching for, but Desmond took it upon himself to research the internet for other retailers nearby in an effort to assist me. While departing the store, he advised me of some very competitive priced cellular rates that Bell mobility was offering. His efforts along with his product / service knowledge was impressive.On April 4th, 2023, I returned to the store at 5:45 PM (near closing time) and learned that Desmond was off shift in a few minutes. He offered to stay in order to assist me as he remembered me from days prior.Because of Desmond’s exceptional customer service, I changed cellular providers which he assisted me with to ensure I received the very best and lowest rate.After the transaction, I advised Desmond that his customer service was exceptional and that he was a true Ambassador for his company. It is noteworthy that the 2 other CSR’s were equally as pleasant and it was evident that they work well as a team.I would strongly recommend this Source retail store for all your electronic / tech needs. In a time when customer service is often questioned or criticized, Desmond and the team at the Source on Huron Church Road are doing it all quite well that will keep this customer returning.

I stopped in to check if they carried replacement silicone tips for ear buds. Although they didn't I was impressed with the friendly and helpful service.

Bought a new phone from Omar (from Ambassador Plaza location). He went above and beyond to help me set up my new phone etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place and dealing with Omar!!! Great buying experience
