It is totally understandable why these guys have longevity in their family business. They provide trustworthy, reputable and reliable service. Having issues with our thermostat, we replaced it with a new one, consequently the furnace would not turn on. Discussing my predicament with Alex, following numerous phone calls, he was courteous, patient, and generous with his time. During the process of installing a furnace, Alex took the time from his busy schedule to guide me and troubleshoot the problem. Without question Alex’s gracious gesture displays his top notch and exceptional commitment to customer service. I wanted to have a furnace heater installed in my double garage. Alex came to access and Fernando called me regarding my option. It would be an electric furnace as gas wouldn’t be an option. He had an electrician visit the site to confirm it could be done and the next day it was installed. The service was quick, professional and honest. As it turned out, I had overpaid and Fernando caught it, called me and returned my money. His honesty, skills and values are being passed on to his son and employees. Fantastic company, would recommend for anyone that needs a new furnace. Ferns installed my original furnace over 20 years ago and did another excellent job with the second installation.  Very impressed with the work ethic and knowledge of Alex and his crew.  They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completed.

Last winter, my furnace stopped and I called someone else who I thought I was getting a good deal...( that was a mistake) after spending a chunk of money my furnace it lasted 2 days before it died. So I asked a good friend that deals with many contractors and such for a recommendation and this is the company she said she delt with alot. Well Alex who came down pin pointed some shady business the another repair guy did. He repaired the issue and it's been running great since. Fast forward to this past week..I woke up in a huge sweat, and it wasn't menopause lol..my ac died...I knew who to call...Alex came down on Tuesday and confirmed we had to pay out last respect to the ac unit that has lived as long as the house ( apx). We set up an appt for Friday ( today) and I was astonished at the professionalism. Every worker was very nice and answered the few questions I had. They worked as a team and left a very clean area when they were done. My house is now cool only after a short time and I can't be happier. I seriously can not recommend anyone better than these guys.

We called Fern’s to assist us with furnace repair a few years ago. Fern showed up on the way to dinner with his wife on his anniversary. We were so impressed we called again when our heat went out this week. Alex showed up and ran some tests and had the furnace working. 24 hrs later the heat went out again. Alex promptly returned and figured out it was Hyrdo’s outdoor regulator that was frozen, and also found some things were not up to code for distance between the hydro meter and the sump hose exit. Fern’s contacted our home builder to advise while I contacted hydro to have the regulator issue resolved. Considering we have 2 small children and a puppy, Fern’s was quick to come get things back in order. These guys are the best. Do not hesitate to call them.

Can't say enough about the excellent, knowledgeable courteous and above all professional service we experienced from Alex at Fern,s Heating. From the original phone call to review service that we required to the very reasonable final invoice. Alex was punctual and reviewed all our concerns , them answered all my questions before starting to service our heating system.He quickly diagnosed our issues then corrected them in a very professional manner. He checked over our entire heating system to insure everything was 100 % . I would definitely highly recommend this company to family and freinds. Well....it finally happened. My air conditioner stopped working during the hottest part of June 2023...ugh. My house was 30+ degrees for 3 days then called Fern's and they were out to install my AC in less than 2 days (I think they felt sorry for me LOL). All of the staff were efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Alex and Fernando were so kind and patient with me....... PLEASE, if you are thinking of new heating or cooling systems give them a call. Tell them Melody sent you.....always good to have a solid reference for these types of things. Our friend Lee sent us to Fern's and now I am sending you to Fern's...they can be trusted!

We have been using Fern’s Heating and Air Conditioning since we built our home 23 years ago. Our first year in our home we had a furnace issue just before leaving on a holiday in January. Fern came out immediately and helped us find to the issue.
