Amazing service! We dealt with Adil (store manager) and went back and forth a number of times to find suitable options for our slightly complicated kitchen. He was patient, attentive and promptly got back to us with the needed modifications. Delivery went swiftly as well. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the shop on Acadie.My fridge just simply decided to break right in the middle of the moving week in canada, where all of the providers are either running out of stock or running out of trucks.Adil from the shop on Acadie, has provided me, one of the best services I have ever had. He never pushed on me to buy, on the opposite, he understood that I don't have a fridge at home and that I have thrown to garbage food worth 100s of dollars.Eventually, after I did my tour, I gladly returned to his shop and got my fridge that was delivered in 2 days.On top of this, Adil helped me solve a potential delay in the delivery on the promised day.I can't thank him enough. I will not hesitate to return to this branch for my future purchases.

We bought a GE stove and, after 2 days (yes, you read correctly: 2 days) the top right burner stopped working. We called experience client" and after waiting for over 15mn on the phone

I bought a range they delivered it when i plug it in was not working i went to the store i told them to replace it but they said no will send somebody to fix it but the person can t come before 2 weeks how could i stay 2 weeks without a stove do you find this normal. To sell they are good once its sold you have a problem they don t care ,if i would have bought from Best Buy or Home Depot .Them they replace the appliance it with no problem .But Corbeil is the worst night mare .I do not suggest this store

Horrendous customer service. Sold defected product and then told me that it could not be exchanged or returned. Now stuck with broken appliance. Would absolutely never recommend dealing with these people. They pass the buck and there are unhelpful people at every level. Truly horrendous service. Corbeil and Frigidaire - avoid at all costs.

Bought some appliances at the store . Himo was very professional and helpful. Needed the appliances urgently, store manager Adil stepped in and had it delivered quicker then expected , very professional and went beyond what i had expected .

The experience at this store started off great but has now become a nightmare. We ordered a fridge in August of last year and we still have no ETA on our fridge. Keep in mind that the kitchen was built with the fridge measurements and that our other appliances were bought from the same brand so we cannot buy another model. When we bought the fridge they never told us we were going to have such delay. Since September they have been telling us that we are 3rd on the list and even went as far as to plan delivery dates in January where we had to stay home and miss work and the fridge never came. They told us it was a mistake and that the fridge was not here yet. In May they told us we should be hearing from them soon, however we are June 29th and after several messages left we have no return from the manager and our salesman. This is the most frustrating experience, we just want to know what is going on and have some type follow up!!
