Rude customer service yelling out at customers while assisting with placing orders.I ordered large shawarma, and was not filled with the container.Employee name Muddasur said during giving order and said that someone is not following the rules I can’t do anything when I gave example that other store on Simcoe st N.

Great shwarma place, had lamb on the rocks. The lamb was a bit hard, but it was overall very tasty. Service was good as well. The aircon was set on very high, which was really cold.

Had the opportunity to meet Nadeem,The franchise owner of this location. Absolutely wonderful person and amazing service. Was willing to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Also met Preet who made our food Exactly the way we wanted. Highly recommend!

Placed an order for pick up, the employee asked how long we said approximately 5-10 minutes. We had arrived a bit after 10 minutes as we know sometimes orders can take longer. When we got there, our order wasn't ready. The employee who was assisting us was laughing like it was a joke. I have worked in the food industry before, and know that when a customer calls ahead to place an order its for a good reason. 1) During lunch break - we are given only so much time to get our order and eat it. 2) if you work as a courier with Uber, Skip, Doordash, there are no breaks unless you pause. And in my experience,I had taken a moment to have a break to eat and have limited time.The fact that the employee continued to laugh and chat with her friend was so disrespectful. Absolutely no consideration for customer service at all.

Very good flavors. The only complaint I had was it was a little greasy I got a salad and they put a lot of oil on it. Otherwise everything here was good fast service friendly people will come back. A little pricey, though. I messed up my order when communicating it they corrected it, which was great, and they also gave me a free drink, which made me pretty happy.

Alright experience! I ordered the beyond meat on the rocks, chicken on the rocks, and a chicken shawarma. The food was great but the wait time was a bit longer than the locations I usually go to. The location was was clean and nice to eat in!Overall an alright experience and would recommend!

Osmow's has become a part of my daily routine. After coming to Canada this was the closest restaurant with the taste of my type especially chicken on rocks. I can eat any time any day and still feel like I am eating it for the first time. A little weird to ask here but is there any vacancies left I would love to work here
