Orleans Prestige Garden Sheds proved that customer service has not completely vanished! They were great to deal with from start to finish--our custom, prefab shed arrived as scheduled; the installers not only showed up at our home as scheduled (a rarity with contractors!) but they called and asked to come a bit early! The installers clearly knew what they were doing and 2 hours later our shed was complete! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a garden shed. Well done folks!

I recently purchased a Gazebo from Prestige and couldn’t be happier. It was delivered early, built in a single day, and the workers left not a single piece of mess.The previous owners of my property had a large shed built by them 4 years ago - how great it looks and functions to this day is why I went back to prestige.

DO NOT buy anything here. Once they have your money they don't care. Their warranties are useless. Less than a year after buying a gazebo here the roof turned grey. I called and inquiried about what they would do. They assured us they would fix the problem. 2 months later they never followed up. We inquired again and finally someone came to look at it. They said they would get back to us but never did. Again we followed up and they said WE had to apply another coat of stain. They absolutely refused to do anything for us even though we were intent on buying a shed from them if they fixed this problem. We bought the shed at GB Pre Fab. A bit of a drive but the customer service was absolutely superior as are their products. Prices are better too.

I was looking for a replacement door for my shed. Since the nice sheds here are similar to my old shed I thought they may be able to help. The person working there was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately they did not have a door with my odd dimensions. When I need to replace my whole shed, I'll definitely return.

I bought a 5-sided shed and a glider from Orleans Prestige sheds and I could not be happier. They are very attentive to their customers' needs and aim to please. My shed is awesomely built and was customized to match my house.The delivery was quick and they take great care during installation.I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed .
