Awful, I’ve been with these guys for 2 years with my truck, quad and trailer, and the minute I want home insurance they told me no they declined me on basis that I’ve never had a tenant insurance before... how does anyone start when you will not give them a chance. backward company.

This insurance company is a joke, 1 hour hold times and if your call drops then you can forget them calling you back. We have been with this insurance company for 6 years and i can say we will be moving all of our stuff to a different company effective immediately. Claims process is awful. What is the point of having an office in your town if they route you to a call center anyways.

Update:I am super happy with this company, I know usually insurance companies get a bad wrap but Johnsons has always given me the best price and they are taking good care of their clients during the covid-19 pandemic.Just bundled my home and car insurance for a great deal!
