These guys are the best. I use them any time I need a big truck. They're always professional. Good rate for the service they provide!Update: Since I wrote this review I had another great experience with these guys. My wife and I were at Costco and there was a couch on sale (it was massive) we HAD to buy it as it was the last one and people were already eyeballing it, but we only have a tiny car. My wife took the car home, and I called cargo taxi; they picked me up at Costco, loaded the couch, and dropped us off at my front door. AWESOME!

Initially I called and spoke to George about moving my treadmill. He was very easy to talk to and was very accommodating. The day of the delivery two guys, Balazs and Thom, called me and asked if they could come early and I agreed to the earlier time. They discussed what would be the safest and most cautious approach to take the treadmill down my circular stairs and into the truck. They prepared all the necessary gear that they needed and before we knew it they had it ready in their truck for delivery.The delivery up the apartment stairs was the most challenging part of the move and again they dealt with it. With impressive and determination and muscle they successfully succeeded to move my treadmill to my sons apartment without a scratch on any wall.I would definitely call CARGOTAXI again in the future. I own a sign shop in Burnaby and had a last second, time-senstive project that required signage shipped into toronto to get to a client in short order, THEN, next day be packaged up and returned safely back to the freight company. George made this process painless. Me and my client are super appreciative of his attentiveness and speed to get things done. Highly recommended.

I recently returned to Canada and arranged from out of country for Cargotaxi to pick up my cargo from West Jet and deliver it to a storage unit in Barrie. The price was significantly lower than other companies. Ibelieve that the service I received from George was significantly higher than I would have received from the other companies. First if you have never had a mover not show up on moving day you can't properly appreciate it when not only does the mover you've arranged from thousands of miles away shows up but is willing to accommodate changes at the last minute.An honorable person who more than fulfilled his commitment. . Probably the most pleasurable moving experience of my lifetime and that's out of about thirty moves! Who associates the word pleasurable with moving? Sensitive to the client's needs and flexibility are just two of his strengths. An interesting person you will enjoy meeting.

We have used Cargo Taxi many times over the last 5 years and they are the absolute best. During COVID, they were absolute lifesavers when it came to helping us move from our one-way street downtown, to Etobicoke. Cannot recommend this team enough!

I had a very heavy, very large bench which need to be disassembled and moved. It was a very difficult job but George and Frank managed to do it without complaint. When I spoke to George to book the move he was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Fair price. I would definitely use CargoTaxi again and highly recommend this company

Had a great experience, called the day before for a move and they were available at a very reasonable price. Showed up on time, delivered quick, would not hesitate to use them again or reccommend them!

This was a great experience, they were professional, easy to communicate with, they were very flexible in meeting my timeline and best of all, they offer fair and realistic prices based on the job. Calling their direct competitor, their quote for a one way delivery. was $300+ for the 2st hour, a ridiculous quote, they were trying to force me to pay for 2 movers and delivery. completely inflexible, I laughed and hung up, This guy was fantastic, charged me less than 1/3 of the previously quoted price too, super professional and he was really nice, this was an excellent experience. zero shadiness. I will definitely use them again.
