Unbearably slow service here. I have resorted to putting a cheque in the mail each month to pay my line of credit bill. It’s hard to believe that in this day and age I can not pay my line of credit bill online unless I have a BMO bank account. I was told in the branch that my only options to pay my bill each month were to open a bank account, put a cheque in the mail or pay in the branch. I was paying in the branch but the lines are so painfully slow and they always upsell other services so I started putting a cheque in the mail only to end up being late paying my bill due to slow mail.

This branch is understaffed and when you call in it takes two days for a call back.The manager Anna when I spoke to her regarding Google reviews told me they are not important, they have their own internal way to monitor customer service.I call BS on this as positive Google reviews are the most important consideration for new customers bank shopping.The manager Anna is a very nice lady but she and BMO need to focus more on the important social media that potential customers read.On a different not (Felicia fei Yui) Pan is an ambassador of customer service.

I went there to get a letter of proof of funds for my pr application, the lady manager is so nice and patient and helpful. She went through all the requirements that I showed her and instructed her coworker to calculate the average balance of my accounts over the past six months which not every bank is willing to do so as far as i know. It made my case so much simple and solid.

My partner and his father have been declined service at this location where other locations like Cloverdale have been very helpful. He needed to set up direct deposit and where the Cloverdale bank assisted, this location declined and told them to do it online.

We had lots of good experience with this BMO location. Staff was always friendly and helped us in every matter(Jasmin you're awesome! :) even when my girlfriend and me wanted joint bank accounts, it was no problem at all.Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service.

Great service, set up a new account and credit card through Cameron. He made sure transferring funds and settling my accounts from my previous bank was done properly. Really took the time to go over every account option and sorted me with the proper one. Really glad I made the switch, I'd recommend Cameron to anybody.

Excellent online service. My pin was locked and the woman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. She walked me through the steps to assist and made sure they were very clear. Her service to your customers is a credit to BMO.

I am writing this review to appreciate the wonderful service we received from Amanda, the branch manager. She went above and beyond to help us with a special request although we had closed our BMO accounts a couple years ago. She is very patient, professional and she spent the time to resolve the issue. We are sure this kind of service will be one of the reasons if we would come back to BMO as a new customer in the future.

I received the best service at this location yesterday and I am so glad I went. When going to the teller, they couldn’t help me with a quick service. They directed me immediately to a representative, Felicia Pan. She noticed things in my account that I was paying extra for that were unnecessary. She was very informative and helpful. I am grateful for her saving me some money and giving me more knowledge.

Slow teller service, due to the lack of skills of the employees understanding of the english language. Unprofessional service, AND very sloppy service provided. I had to go in not once, but twice to get two simple things done on my account, and some major errors occured. I had to go into another branch, a third time where corrections had to be redone again! I pay for this service, I give this large corporation money every month for what? Slow service, a lack of tellers, and an outdated ill-equipped range of equipment, and staff with a lack of ability to communicate in English?! No thank you. What a waste of my time. What a waste of my money.
