My best friend told me about this place that it had good reviews about it, so I gave it a try and took my ps4 in for a diagnostic! Not even an hour later they phone back telling me they figured out the issue and they'll do a free cleaning and they will phone back in a hour when it's ready to be picked up!I wasn't expecting at all how fast it went for such an affordable price to compared to another place, so if you're looking for a place to repair your items bring it to them!

Easy drop off of Xbox.Update. Well I am impressed, had a chip issue, that was fixed but they went beyond and also installed a new drive. Repairs were a bit costly but better to have it fixed than an expensive paperweight. Will definitely be back if anything else comes up.

I brought a PS3 i bought, in here to get fixed unfortunately it couldn't be, due to issues from the previous owner. But timebomb tried everything, And even gave me half price. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a fast and friendly service for any electronic device.

Left my control in pieces and broke some parts on it and took some parts out of it and I paid and didn't get a refund

Mike is phenomenal, however the staff he has left me shaking my head in disbelief.After repoing back my pc after a week of ghosting me, they claimed I had two hard drives booting at the same time. They could not see that one was unplugged, and they also obviously did not boot the computer in anyway shape or form otherwise they would have realised when they looked in the BIOS that there was only one hard drive running. Additionally upon the returnal, they had UNPLUGGED the hard drive with the issues and plugged in the hard drive that I had no concern with, so I know doubly that they never turned on my pc to begin with. The network card was loose and my fans were left unplugged as well. Insanely unprofessional.Unless Mike himself is working on the pc directly, I will not be returning, nor recommending this business in the future.

Left two controllers with drift and a 3DS with a dying battery. In a few business days they were all fixed and are working normally.
