Trips are not chaperoned...in Greece 10 people on the trip without a chaperone...it was difficult getting info and knowing what bus to get on...we had no one to direct us! Not having a chaperone is a big disadvantage...and they keep that info on silent when booking the trip!

Didn't cover hotel stay at layover when flights where cancelled due to natural disaster in destination; even though we bought insurance.
