Our son has been attending for about a year now and we've seen a boost in confidence, discipline and thoroughly loves training at Griffin. Great training staff and really care about the kids!So happy he joined the Griffin family!!

My son & daughter have trained at Red Griffin Studio for 10+ years. That alone I believe speaks volumes.I had my reasons why I felt this was one of the best decisions I made for my children all those years ago.The kids I’m sure have other reasons why they love it and continue to show up.The young adults I see now before me are well rounded young adults who have respect for others and carry leadership skills and self confidence. Not to mention they are in incredible shape along with being strong skilled fighters.Red Griffin Studio will go far beyond what you believe your child will learn on those mats!

My daughter started here in 2016 and loves every minute of it. She’s doing so well with her confidence and self esteem it’s daughter her respect and discipline and Shane has helped her tremendously with dealing with her anxiety.

Since joining Griffin MMA, our son has become more confident when faced with everyday challenges. He is always excited to attend class and is smiling afterwards. Sensei Shane has the best interests of his students at heart and possesses the ability to make everyone feel valuedwhile instilling self-discipline in a very unique way. So where do we start!!I have know Shane, Red Griffin for a long time, from my twin boys being trained by the the best martial arts teacher I know, to doing all kinds of community work with Red Griffin, it's been a great ride!The successes of my twin boys today was in part the result of the training that took place at Red Griffin, respect, doing your best and never give up!We all look back and reflect on what could have been, but I know in my heart that being and participating with Red Griffin makes life better for the future.

Griffin MMA is a great place to begin your child’s journey to learn martial arts. Everyone at the studio including students are so welcoming. Sensei Shane is an amazing instructor. I have seen tremendous boost in my daughter’s confidence who was very shy before. She looks forward to her lessons. We have been part of GrIffin family for past 6 months. Soon when my little one starts the martial art, it will definitely be Griffin family he joins. I would recommend the Griffin MMA to any parent wanting their children to develop self defense, confidence and social skills.

I’ve had a few stints at Red Griffin over the years and it’s incomparable to any other places I’ve trained. You will be pushed, you will get into great shape, you will learn invaluable skills, and you will never feel like you didn’t earn your progress. One of the last studios that’s true to the traditional values of a martial artists life long pursuit of growth, learning and well being. You will be challenged every class and become a better person each and every time. I guarantee it. If you are even remotely curious about learning to box, kick box, grapple or all the above then Red Griffin is the place to be and that’s a hill I’ll never step down from.

Since my son has been at Red Griffin I’ve seen an amazing change in him. He has great respect for himself and others. He has tremendous self esteem. He is very dedicated to the dojo and his teammates. Always on time and never wants to “skip” practice. He has a great sense of pride with Red Griffin.The senseis at the studio have been excellent role models for him and all the kids and are always very supportive. There is a great family atmosphere there.

Shane runs a great studio. I have been boxing with his adult classes for a year and have lost 30+ lbs and feel amazing. The classes cater to all levels (I started as a beginner at age 54) and they are a nice combination of physically intensive and technical. We are lucky to have GriffinMMA in town. Highly recommended.

I signed up my daughter a few months ago and she has loved every minute of it. The instructors and students alike have been so welcoming and helpful to make her comfortable and in turn she has become so confident in what she is learning. A healthy mix of hard work,fun and respect is what you can expect from this studio!
