Just tried to order take out from there asked for no egg in our chicken fried rice my wife is allergic to eggs and I was told all there chicken fried rice is already pre made for the entire night that is absolutely gross needless to say never order food from there just want to let everyone know that your food sits for hours before you order

Ordered “Ginger Beef” over the phone and expected something a lot different than the photo.Ordered “chow mein” and got a bunch of soupy bean sprouts with no noodles.Presentation was nice and service was very friendly.

1st time customer. Ordering was super easy over the phone. There was a little bit of a hiccup when I went to pick up my order because someone else arrived at exactly the same time and there's only one customer allowed at a time inside, and the orders got mixed up. Albeit there is only one staff up front and she was very very busy answering phones and tending to customers. The mix up was quickly corrected.I can disregard that, everybody gets busy and mistakes happen. The bottom line is the customer service and attitude was awesome despite how busy she was, and the food was FANTASTIC, probably the best I've ever had! So if you want Chinese food, please make this your choice! Will DEFINITELY order from again!

Called placed an order on a Thursday evening at 6:20. Told me to come for 7:05. Not only was that a long wait but my fiancé showed up and was told we never placed an order and continue to argue like we were in the wrong and they never got our order and told us to wait for our order. Obviously at this time we were done waiting so he left. I’m not happy to hear about how this went down which is why I’m leaving this review.

I will say I have been a wongs customer for a while. When it changed over to new owner it wasn't the same, it was lacking a bit. That is until last night. It was the best. I can't give enough kudos to my meal last night. It was amazing. So whoever is cooking now they are a keeper. The best Chinese food I have had in a while!! Amazing!!Thankyou for an excellent meal!!
