I have been doing Rally with Shannon since September 2021. In that time, I have seen immense progress with my dog-reactive dog. We have also done a few other classes with Shannon, to improve our heelwork and focus. We look forward to our classes every week! Thank you, Shannon!

For me, working with Shannon is a great fit. Small class sizes (loose leash walking, beginning rally), her knowledge and ability to individualize teaching and feedback has strengthened my relationship with my dog, enhancing our confidence, skill and comfort managing stimulating situations, and is great fun. We'll be back for more.

Shannon is the best dog walker in the Westshore area. She really takes care of the dogs in her pack and you can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend :) Victoria 's 1st pick for sure!

So happy that we found Shannon and Tracy. It’s been a life changer for Murphy and our family. I have better control of Murphy who is a very high spirited young lab and I have so much more confidence in my own abilities. The beginner and intermediate classes with Shannon and Tracy were so informative and full of awesome ideas and exercises on how to not only train both Murphy and me (lol) but also to have fun!

There is so many good things to say about West Shore Pet Service. We have been leaving our Boston Terrier with Shannon since she was just a puppy, and both Cherry our dog, and us love it. She is so well cared for and has so much fun, that we feel like we are leaving her with family when we go out of town. We cannot Thank West Shore Pet Service enough.

I highly recommend West Shore Pet Service and their beginner etiquette class. There is an excellent ratio of instructors to pets. It was so much fun to attend the classes, go home with a homework instruction sheet and be able to review posted videos to ensure we were practicing right. These ladies are very experienced with dogs and their method is so easy to work on between classes. We even got a graduation certificate and photos with a graduation cap.Thank you so much!

Shannon is a wonderful teacher! She gets that each animal is unique and needs special care. I have a timid dog and a reactive dog and her training method is fluid and adjustable for each dog. We have come so far!! Thanks so much Shannon!!!

Shannon has an amazing knowledge of dog sports and tricks. We are currently only on week 4 of our rally obedience class and our 10 month old pup has learned so much! Super fun, educational, and motivating for both the dog and ourselves.If you have any issues with obedience, manners, socializing, leash walking, etc. we can't recommend some lessons with Tracy enough. She is not afraid to tell you what you can improve, in order for your dog to understand you better and she goes out of her way to find new methods that work for your dog specifically.We are 99% sure she became our dogs favourite person!

Shannon is a great dog walker. She is very good with all breeds and knows how to handle them. She is both professional and courteous when dealing with her clients. Our boy loves to go for walks and he enjoys his days with Shannon.I would recommend her to anyone looking to have their pet walked.
