Every time I go, whoever does my nails cuts me somehow and I’m in pain for days. Most recently I got a pedicure and I was overcharged by $30 by accident. Noticed when the receipt printed. Said they don’t do refunds. Best they could do was give me a credit for the difference. Since I didn’t want to make a scene infront of everyone, I limped out of there with my bloody toe and the misery of having to come back (which I don’t think I will, finally). Would rather at this point, go somewhere and pay more to not be mutilated and ripped off.

I have been coming here a few years. I have a great experience each time. The salon is spotless inside. It also has a very fresh and elegant look. They have a wide selection of services available.The technicians are very talented and professional. My technician, Kim, is always punctual with my appointments. She does a thorough job with all my services. I feel comfortable knowing tools and work stations are properly sanitized for each client. Kim does an amazing job with my nails. I highly recommend Distinct Nails.

I've been going to this salon for years and Kim always does my nails EXACTLY to my liking! She takes her time and is very knowledgeable with nails. The salon is very clean and the rest of the staff is super friendly! The salon has also taken great measures in order to have a sanitized and social distanced environment during this pandemic for their customers to feel comfortable. Highly recommend this nail salon and booking with Kim shes the best!

I had the best experience at this nail salon. Cindy was very patient and she asked me what I like and let her know if she needs to fix anything.. She was soo nice and friendly. The salon is very bright and clean. I would definitely come back to this Salon!! I would give this salon 10 stars !!!!!

I have been going to Kim at distinct nails for the past 4 years and have never been to a better and more talented salon. Best in the business!!

I’ve been to this location once before today and had a good experience but today was not great. I got refill gel and asked her to correct it three times and even the third time she could not get it right, so I just left it. Then she painted my nails and couldn’t manage to paint my whole nail and left the sides of them unpainted. As I was asking nicely for corrections she kept talking to the girl next to her while showing my nails and scolding about it like what I was asking her to do was out of this world. At the end of the day, I pay for this service and I could care less about their gossiping but I just expect my nails to be corrected.

I have been going here for almost a year now and I can say for a fact the service here has never been disappointing. I always have Kim do my nails every 3 weeks for a fill with shellac and not once did I have to go back because something was wrong (unless I did it myself but in that case they take me right away and help me) I recommend this nail salon to everyone because the job is done well. I get my pedicures done here as well and they do an amazing job, better than ALL nail salons. Before I came to distinct I went to an extremely pricey nail salon and there is no comparison Distinct does an amazing job for a fraction of the price. I hate seeing people post bad reviews about this place because they do such an amazing job, and the review about the long nails must be a lie because me, my sister, and several friends all go here with long to extremely long nails and not once did we get a no or a compliant from the nail tech. Distinct is an amazing nail salon and I would recommend it to anyone. Great service, amazing staff and incredibly clean!!!
