Great experience at the Bell Store, 229 Kent St. W., Lindsay. Jonathan Adwokat was very attentive and totally satisfied our upgrades, new phones (in stock), phone cases and screen protectors transferred everything from our old phones and gave us lots of discounts. Very happy with new phones and Bell plan.

A week ago Friday, I was in this store and was fortunate to deal with Stephanie, the store manager. I was late for my appointment and she still took the time for me.She restored my faith in customer service from Bell! It has been quite a while since I felt satisfied when dealing with a rep. She gave honest opinions and options and took into consideration that I am a senior and not very techy!When I need to upgrade my phone I will make an appointment with Stephanie and take her suggestions on which new purchase. She took the time and gave me honest answers and was extremely pleasant to deal with. A terrific ambassador for Bell Canada. Thank you Stephanie.Carolyn

I visited the Bell store at 229 Kent St in Lindsay Ontario in order to have my Apple Watch cellular capability activated. I had tried to do it myself and failing that had called into Bell for help with no success.Cindy Galati and her colleague John were able to successfully activate the pairing of my IPhone with my Apple Watch and at the same time activate my watch’s cellular capability.They were patient, professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely make a point of going to the store in the future in order to work through any future challenges as well as help with future purchases.In a world a dwindling “good customer service” they are a shining example of what good service can be. Highly Recommend !

The best experience I've ever had dealing with any sort of Bell Customer Service Representative.Jonathan was informative, honest, got me into a phone, case and new plan that perfectly suited my needs and budget. The process took about 20 minutes. A perfectly executed Needs Assessment = Sale on his end.

My last few dealings with this store a few years ago were awful. I was told better now so went in. Store manager Cindy was amazing, got new phone , protected screen and case, full warranty, for less than my old plan. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend dealing with Cindy. My phone broke and would not turn on and I went to my local bell store and got a brand new iPhone 13 to replace my broken one. cindy galati was so nice and friendly and she made everything a very smooth process. would 100% come back.
