Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Over many years of renting cars, I've eventually defaulted to using Enterprise. And it's always down to how I get treated as a customer. My recent experience here at this branch is a great example why.Due to the nature of my travel, I realized I needed a car only a day or two before I placed my reservation. Despite it being a very busy period, the team here managed to conjure up a car for me on short notice.Throughout the experience the team was courteous, efficient and professional. But more importantly they took care of me and I felt valued and well-treated as a customer.My gratitude to the team here at Dovercourt in the order that I met them : Alicia, Alice and Steven. Enterprise is lucky to have you representing the company and I'll have no hesitation in returning to patronize your branch.

Still waiting for them to give me back my $300 I've talk to head office this office over a year now no cheque in the mail feel like I got robbed by enterprise and they had given me the rental through insurance for an accident while my vehicle was in the shop that was the down-payment ridiculous and at this location as well

Loved the service and maintenance at this car rental. car was clean and in good condition. The only negative is that the deposit for the car is returned within 10 days. I liked everything I recommend

The staff at the office asked me to check things online/phone. They didn't even listen to my query. I wonder what the stores are actually for, if everything is done over the call or online. It might be only in my case, but my overall experience at the office was not that great.

Enterprise might as well close 947 Dovercourt location down, their customer service skills lack 110%. I approached them about lack of service and then someone came out of office and asked Myself and my Son to leave...there's the door! I immediately called my Insurance to advise them how their Vendor treats their customers and it's a good way to lose Customers in the future. So bottom line don't use this location.

I was extremely impressed and appreciative of the excellent service that I received from Alicia at Enterprise on Dovercourt. She went out of her way to help me today. I have always had a positive experience here. Thank you.

Honestly I went here with my family a couple days ago, and it was one of the poorest rental services I've ever seen in terms of customer service, and just service in general, and the manager is just shocking, you'd think a guy like him would mature, and professional but it's the opposite. I went here because my insurance requested me to rent from them temporarily, and upon arrival they said they had no cars for me, or none in stock, so I'd have to wait. Upon telling them I'd need a car for work urgently he responded with You can use public transportation" in an aggressive tone

This is by far the worst enterprise I have ever visited. They had lots of cars at the location but none of the were cleaned and ready until someone asked for a car. I had to wait there for over 50 minutes for them to clean the car and get it ready. The personnel were rude and extremely unprofessional. Person handling the administration forcefully charged me and extra $100 deposit in addition to the standard $300 security deposit. When I asked why? He arrogantly responded if you don't want to pay the extra deposit

Prean and his team were absolutely excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure that my insurance company had all of the information they needed while my vehicle was in the shop. He showed up the same day that a rental was requested and was easy to deal with the entire way through. Not to mention, every person I dealt with there was incredibly kind and professional. Cannot recommend enough!
