There is a new receptionist named Dawn who is amazing. She is so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend if you need an allergy specialist.

Previously I mentioned that the reception issues are true. I did get in my second try by arriving bright and early which seems to work quite well. It should be noted that the office space is very small and if you are like me and need support during visits, during a busy day you may need to find an alternative place to wait as there are patients with allergy testing in the lobby.Dr Sideri and the assisting were very kind in the appointment. Be prepared that the issue you are coming in for is not classic allergies. You may test negative on your results, but from my interactions, the staff seem very competent. Dr Sideri gave me a warm hand off to do some lung tests when tests came back with only a tree allergy which didn't explain symptoms.This is a very caring doctor with very caring staff doing sensitive tests that require close monitoring, and she's doing it in a very tiny space, smaller than any practice I've ever seen before. Once I saw the inside, I immediately understood the large amount of cancellations and the strict reception. There is a lobby and maybe three rooms and that's being generous. The star is really taken off as a result of her practice being crammed into this tiny space which I think is the result of all these things. All and all, this is really a thorough allergy test and she will go above and beyond for you. Just remember that she's been stuffed in a closet and it really just seems like she's trying to make the best of it.

Had to reschedule my appointment due to COVID and haven’t been able to even reach the reception for two weeks. Have left several messages trying to confirm my appointment and no one has called or bothered to answer the phone. Tried different times of day during their hours and different days of the week but so far unimpressed with how unprofessional reception is. Half expecting to come in on my appointment day and I’m not even booked…*UPDATE* Just had my appointment cancelled today (Friday the 22) when my appointment was Monday the 25. Apparently they’re not available Mondays anymore. Now I have to wait another month to get in. Seems unprofessional and disorganized.

Progressively becoming less and less impressed with this doctor/office. I booked my appointment 4 months in advance, and yet I waited almost 2 hours PAST my appointment time to finally be seen, only to be completely dismissed by Dr. Sideri when I expressed health concerns. There is no reason why check-in appointments need to be in-person when no allergens are being tested/administered. I understand there is a higher fee-for-service earning with in-person visits, but if you can't stay on time with your clients, then you need to consider phone consults. I appreciate her kind demeanour and will give credit to her for that, but this past visit was incredibly disappointing.

I love the inviting atmosphere, of course you still have to do the COVID guidelines, but all in all their hospitality is top tier. The nurses and receptionists are informative, patient and overall kind. Dr. Sideri moved mountains for me, I appreciate that she actually listened and gave me advice on how to treat my allergies. If I could come back and experience this type of hospitality again, I’d definitely come to this one. Thank you Doctor Sideri and to your nurses as well.

Dr. Sideri was wonderful. However, the receptionist was rude, condescending and lacked basic professionalism. If you happen to make the unfortunate mistake of not bringing cash or cheque (their only forms of payment), prepare yourself to be publicly shamed in front of a waiting room of patients and then be chased down the hallway, after your appointment, to have your prescription snatched from your hands and held as collateral, again, in front of patients. My goodness, I’ve never seen this type of behaviour from a medical clinic receptionist before, It was as if she was personally offended by me from start to finish. As a health care worker myself, this receptionist is not someone who should be the first point, or last point of contact with your patients.I’ll be mailing in a cheque as I refuse to return to that clinic after the way I was treated.

Dr.Sideri and her team were extremely unhelpful and unable to accommodate patient needs. I asked to see Dr.Sideri before I had the scratch test administered by the technician because I had some questions that the technician couldn’t answer and I wanted to know if there were any additional allergens I could be tested for because I had already been tested for 80 of the most common allergens at another clinic and already had this same test done at Sideri Allergy Clinic before. I didn’t see how it would be helpful to do the same thing again and expect different results when my allergy problem hasn’t been solved from the results. I was asked to wait in the waiting room and waited there for an hour and 20 minutes. When I finally got in to talk to Dr.Sideri and explained my history of my allergies and the tests and treatment I’ve sought so far she essentially agreed that the scratch test they planned to give me today probably wouldn’t give us any new results. She said she doesn’t have time now to test for any new allergens and to come back 4 months from now which is their next appointment. I had already been waiting months for this appointment. Her receptionist Ashley was condescending and rude and flat out refused to accept my previous allergy test results that I wanted to send in to have the dr look at before my appointment while booking. Those results could’ve helped save my time today. The clinic is an embarrassment to call themselves allergy specialists. They have no idea what they are doing. They have a technician do a standard scratch test and then the dr tells you the results, if that doesn’t solve your problem they are essentially lost and don’t know where to go from there. The receptionist Ashley makes you feel disrespected the moment you walk in. Get your referral sent literally anywhere else.

I went to see Dr. Sideri for a routine allergy test. The staff were fantastic and really helped to ease my nerves about the test itself. When I met with Dr. Sideri to go over my results she was amazing. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood how to use my epipen properly. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone!

Dr. Sideri and her team were wonderful to deal with, from the time I walked in to the time I left. The nurse who did my testing was very friendly, and Dr. Sideri herself was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She took the time to go through my test and my reactions with me, and then go through all my treatment options. She answered all my questions, and let me know that I could call anytime if I had any other questions. I am extremely happy with my experience at Sideri Allergy Treatment Centre.

They have a really great covid plan. The screening before entering is great. Its very clear that patience safety is very important to them. This place also looks very clean. The staff is super friendly, kind and thoughtful, which is pretty rare nowadays... Dr. Kyriaki is one of the kindest doctor I've ever met. She's very professional, explained things thoroughly, and made sure I understood and was comfortable.
