There is no Sound insulation system in this apartment. It is a nightmare every day when we have to hear our upstairs neighbor walking from morning till past midnight and again again. Awful and really annoying.

There are lots of noise from apartment on top of me. I wrote complain letter but no one cares .Apartment on top of me has dog , I have many sound of barking and jumping, it happened during most of day times and nights.Many times , cannot sleep by 2 or 3 a.m of having their voice . Hope the company read it.
