I guess naivety caused me to believe what was said when trading my car in.

Test drove a camero SS asked them to call the cell phone with financing. They called the house and lost a sale. We bought a mustang, Ford called the cell phone. We were away on vacation.

Dropped off my 2023 camaro wirh 926km on it due to a flat tire. Supplied my own tire had it installed. Scratches around the wheel a chip in the powder coat and a gouge in 1 spoke. Spoke with the service manager who had a smirk the whole time denying any damage. Spoke with Andrew Moffit (the owner) who basically said the samw thing and was going to wash his hands with it" so nothing resolved and now i have a brand new car with a damaged wheel.Terrible customer serviceDrive anywhere else to get your car serviced. No respect no willingness to help or offer any assistance. Im totally disgusted by this. Would be zero stars. But had to select at least 1"

Came in for an oil change and inspection. Great service as always! Chit chat with my salesman and my Service Advisor Ken is always super helpful!

They were able to diagnose and fix my car issue at a reasonable rate. So thankful to have everything figured out and working. Staff were pleasant and professional.

After sales a bit good service, but when you have a old car brand under dealer is lack of service.

Over the long weekend in August we were on a family vacation in St. George when my brother Lashley traveled to St. Andrews on the Sunday to do some shopping and his Cadillac started making a loud squeal in the rear tire. He had the car towed to Charlotte County Chev. Ken McCarty knowing that Lash wanted to get on the road home made sure the car was in first thing Tuesday and was ready to go by noon. These guys went above and beyond. The service was excellent and Lash would recommend this dealership for all your service needs.

Had my truck in for a rotation. Come to find out they scuffed my rim up pretty good. When I ask they say a rock must have done it while driving ? Brand new truck and I know they did it.offered no kind of service didn’t even offer to fix it. Very poor service.

My powertrain warranty runs out this fall, I had my truck to my mechanic 2 days before going to CCGM, it needed an oil change and the rear end checked. My mechanic pointed out that the teeth in the rear end were getting sharp on the edges, usually an indication that it is getting ready to go.I made an appointment to see Charlotte County GMC and see if they would do anything. They said they could see nothing wrong.
