Shout out to Frank and his team for accommodating a quick tire change. I was in and out in just over 30 min which worked in my favor as I was already running late. The team is very courteous and professional. The prices for the tires are also great. Thanks Frank!!

I had originally only used Auto Trax for rims and tires and found Frank to be unbelievably reliable and his shop impeccably organized and tidy. As time went on, I got fed up with unreliable mechanics and pushed more mechanical work to Frank on my multiple cars. Frank is the most honest, reliable, and reasonable mechanic. I highly recommend Auto Trax.

Exceptional service. Brought my 2018 BMW to Frank for a safety inspection. Frank and his team were professional, efficient and very transparent during the entire process. The mechanic who inspected my car identified an issue after about 5 minutes of inspecting - something that a BMW dealership missed twice after I specifically asked them to check. I will be returning here in the future - highly recommended.

My brother recommended Auto Trax, and I am glad I chose them, quick friendly service. Everyone there is VERY knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. In addition, I always receive excellent customer service upon my arrival, It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and Frank is one of them! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Called around 345pm to see if they could help me with an alignment and an oil change and they took me in right away after I called several other shops and they flat out said no. Shop is very clean and organized. Work is done professionally and workers are polite. very happy highly recommend using them.

A gem which is hidden at the back of the plaza. I got my car alignment done at this place. Phenomenal customer service. I loved it when the person said “ He has booked an appointment and he is the priority above all the walk in customers. Clean, systematic place. They also have tires sale. Really really friendly staff, knowledgeable, know Excatly what they have to do. I have visited many places for repair and 1st thing they do is sell you services which you do not need. I did not find at this place and really happy for that. Reasonable prices. Highly highly recommend this place.

I have followed Frank from his original location on Steeles Ave W. In an industry reputed by some who prey on the mechanical ignorance of others, Frank and his staff continue to provide trustworthy advise and exceptional workmanship all at a fair price.I trust Autotrax for all my vehicle needs.

Had a four wheel alignment and new tires done. Frank was very good at explaining what to expect. As a self styled “car nut” I have a fairly detailed understanding of car mechanic, and I found his explanations believable, appropriate and spot on. Very good experience price, no surprises, fast service – excellent job. I will be back with my wife’s car.January 16, 2020. Update. I have just used them for the second time - brakes and alignment done.Again, I am pleased. Staff are friendly, transparent and helpful. Options are clearly explained.
