First off I would like to say thank you to Sergei and Fred. It has been a very tough two years for me and my family. We lost both my father and brother in the past two years. Sergei and Fred were very understanding and considerate during these very emotional and hard times we had to face. It really did feel like extended family while dealing with Sergei and Fred.
