Ryan is Fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional and also showed true concern about our leaky pipe problem. When husband called Ryan he answered the phone right away and my husband gave him details of our problem. He had us take a picture and text it to him. With in minutes gave us a quote and said he could come out early afternoon. Later called us back and said he was on his way and upon arriving covered his boots with booties and let me know ahead of time he would be shutting off the water. He fixed the problem within a short period of time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him! THANK YOU RYAN!!!!

Ryan and Josh came and helped me with a plumbing job the very next day after I called. They were both very professional and courteous. I was quoted a price and was actually charged less than they originally quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality plumber to do work, and will be using them in the future!

Today Ryan installed our new faucet and helped us with a clogged kitchen sink. Ryan was very professional and courteous and figured out our drainage issue without charging us a dime. He found an insulation problem and his advice worked! Citywide is now our plumber of choice, thanks Ryan!

I had called Ryan about coming out to help with a freeze-frost valve. I didn’t know much of what I was talking about. He allowed me to send a picture to him and we set up an appointment. He was in and out within a half hour.He was very responsive and professional. I would most definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

About 1 year ago, I had a kitchen sink, laundry tub faucet and hot/cold washing machine shutoffs replaced when i bought my house, the plumber was professional, courteous and straight forward. He even saved us about $40 in additional labor by using a faucet from his work truck instead of the one that came with the new laundry tub/sink.Everything listed above has worked perfectly in the last year.I will be calling them again tomorrow to use their services to have 2 different water shutoffs replaced that are starting to leak.

After calling around to several places and getting estimates on our hot water heater replacement, we were left with a wide range of prices and really no clue just how much this type of repair typically costs. Whereas a few of the bigger companies were coming in with high bids and willing to negotiate downward once they discovered we were shopping the repair work, Citywide Plumbing gave us a straightforward honest price the first time. Integrity is important to me, and as a result I won't think twice about calling Citywide Plumbing again the next time I need a plumbing repair completed.

Hired Ryan to install shut off valves and was so impressed, hired him 2 more times to complete sink, toilet and shower installs. We have other plumbing work to do in the near future and he will be our first call.
